~Vulcan~ They had just reached the Blue Moon pack when he and his current mistress decided to slip away. Pinning the brunette woman to the tree, unbuckling his pants as he allowed her to take him in her mouth. He wasn’t one for disrespect or even random flings, but he came to make a statement, he didn’t care about the prophecy and he didn’t care what it had to do with him. Throwing his head back as he closed golden eyes relishing in the feeling of knowing they were going to be late, and purposely. His hands moved to grip the brunette's hair as he picked up the pace slamming her mouth on his d.ck finally getting his release as she looked rather pleased with herself. “How did I do Alpha?” The young woman purred blinking dark eyes innocently “Odette why must you always beg for praise? Do I not give you enough already?” He smirked helping the woman up and straightening her clothes for her. “Ah well, I just like hearing you say I’m the best,” she rebutted, with that he threw his head back releasing a deep chuckle. “Come now, I’m sure we are late enough,” he purred with a wink allowing her to hold onto him as they reached the clearing. Though to his displeasure he wasn’t late, this woman who supposedly was the other half of the prophecy was. Making him appear as if he was early. Though perhaps that worked out in his favor, she could be exactly like him and they could both say to hell with this damn thing!! Waiting for five minutes before his Beta showed up speaking in a low voice “For something of so much importance she is rather late isn’t she?” “Ah Elias, I see you are once more stating the obvious, my friend,” he teased slapping the man’s back. “But in all honestly I don’t care if she shows at all, good riddance,“ but before he could finish that sentence the most beautiful woman he had ever seen walked out, her dark blue midnight hair was so dark it looked as it belonged in the night sky itself, her vibrant blue eyes stood out against milky colored skin, her pink lips full and then her scent hit him, the smell of Jasmine and rain. “Mate” Sol howled in his head, willing him to go to her and he would have if it wasn’t for who she was, he could never accept her…. despite how much he had always planned to cherish his mate “No!” He growled to Sol, managing to remain in control, “We could never accept her as our mate, she is the other half of this prophecy and you know how I feel about that. This makes things even more complicated than before, we have no idea what’s in store for us, for her, she could die! I refuse to get attached; I refuse to be a part of this. I’ll take a chosen mate if I must, but I will not do this!” He was met with Sol’s silence before the wolf finally spoke “I will not allow you to mark any other she-wolf, if I must rid myself of my fangs then so be it. But if it isn’t her … then I do not want it.” Ah, why was his wolf so dramatic? The cracking of bones caused his head to snap up, she was covered in beautiful blue flames, his golden eyes widening as the orange flames he possessed threatened to spring to life. Instead, he chose to lunge for the woman, his hands holding hers to provide comfort though when those precious sapphire eyes met his and the sparks traveled through his arm he melted. How could he not? She was everything to him yet at the same time she was nothing. It made no sense yet, on the other hand, it made perfect sense. He continued to quietly help her through her first shift, staring in awe at her Wolf, her midnight blue pelt looked as if was dusted with stars, daring him to reach out in an attempt to find the constellations only she, his mate, could embody. Though he hastily yanked back, remembering he wasn’t supposed to be admiring her. Putting up a cold demeanor. “For someone who is supposed to be a part of a prophecy you don’t handle pain well, you are going to have to get used to it princess” he snapped trying to deter her, his golden eyes shining slightly with malicious intent as he leaned forward. “Though of course I wouldn’t mind you giving me front row seats to your death,” he said with conviction though the words pained him as well. As soon as he could, he’d properly reject her but for now, he didn’t want anyone knowing they were mates. Straightening as he began shifting into his wolf, the crimson beast even managing to tower over her, his golden eyes stark against the red pelt that managed to look even more vibrant in the moon’s light. Throwing his head back to let out a fierce howl, her melodic one joining in with his, and if he could get goosebumps ... he would have. It held power and strength, and resolute despite the words he had just spoken so harshly to her. Was his mate truly this strong, the howl coming to an end as she took off to start the first run. Watching after her he gave her a head start as she disappeared into the dense foliage. Lowering himself to the ground as he took off after her, not long after he did, he could hear the cracking of others shifting preparing to join them. Leaping over a log determined to catch up to her, spotting her beautiful formwork through the trees with grace. A possessive growl escaped him as he caught up, running neck and neck through the forest. After all … who didn’t enjoy the chase?
