The lunch went very well, much better than with the more powerful lunas. I actually got to make friends with them, regardless of what their standing was in the world, and hopefully they could see that I wasn’t completely useless.
Most lunas stayed in our territory for the night, as they had to travel far to get here, but it was considered very impolite to intrude on the king and queen’s private rooms. The palace was just for me and Aris to sleep in, with maybe some exceptions if our guests are in fewer numbers and close friends, so they had built a guest mansion a little further away.
