24 Neighboring Pack

I already had a meeting set up with the Dark Howlers Pack, Alpha Jose arrived a few minutes ago.  I reluctantly rolled out of bed and kissed my Luna goodbye.  She is still passed out from last night.  I drained all her energy, she is close to having my pups.  A huge grin is plastered across my face as I enter the dining room.  They convinced Alpha Jose to eat breakfast while he waited.  I do not even try and contain the grin on my face when I look around the room.  The pictures of my Kitty Kat flashing across my mind.  

"Nice to see you again Alpha Chance," Alpha Jose is on his feet as soon as he sees me approaching.  

"Please sit and enjoy your breakfast,"  I tell him and he returns to his seat.  A plate is quickly placed in front of me.  We both eat in silence for several minutes.  

"I would like to be honest about my visit."  Alpha Jose says in a hurry like he is afraid he will lose his nerve.  "We have been having several issues with our defense, I would like you to marry my daughter and combine our packs.  You will take over as Alpha and your pups will still be my bloodline."

"No"

"Our pack has much to offer and my daughter is beautiful," he says shoving a picture in front of me.  "She is a virgin, she will produce excellent pups."  He says like he is trying to sell cattle.

"No,"  I say again but I am quickly cut off.

"She will do anything you want, no arguments.  I am willing to sign any agreement you produce today.  The marriage taking place by the end of the week."

Just as he finishes Katie walks into the room.  Everyone bows before their Luna.  I motion for her to come to sit on my lap.  

"Alpha Jose, I would like you to meet my Luna Queen, Katie, daughter of the moon goddess.  As you can clearly see, she will be delivering my 6 pups any day now."

"What?"  He says looking confused.  

"You should have been informed months ago, we have been married for some time now.  So, your offer is a firm NO."

He not only looks confused but also worried.  "What is the problem?"

"My daughter wants to be your Luna"

"She will need to move on because that is not going to happen."

With that statement, Katie quickly stands up and has a panic look on her face.  A gush of water hits the floor and she doubles over grabbing the table.

"Meeting is over Alpha Jose"  I state without looking at him and scoop Katie up rushing her to her mother.  Since I mind-linked her on the way they are awaiting our arrival for the deliveries.  Katie barely picks up her leg and the first head is crowning.  He is delivered after several minutes pass, quickly followed by number two.  Katie is screaming from the pain but is fairly calm.  After about 15  minutes number three is delivered followed quickly after by number four.  It takes another half hour and five is born.  Something goes wrong at this point and she is very quickly prepped and an emergency c-section is performed on the spot.  A surprise for us all, six and seven are holding hands positioned sideways.  This is why they could not be delivered naturally.    I kiss her forehead and tell her, "We have 7 healthy babies.  Go to sleep baby girl, I will take care of them until you wake up."  She looks completely exhausted.  "I love you"  she mumbles to me and passes out. 

Her mother is in full Grandma mode after finishing taking care of Katie.  She quickly snatches a baby up and is kissing her all over her tiny cheeks.  She calls my mother into the room and after having her sit down, hands her over.  Then she picks up another, a boy this time and repeats the process giving my father this one.  She repeats this process until my beta and third along with their mates are all holding a pup.  Finally, she brings me the last pup and gives me a hug as She hands me, my firstborn son.

I laugh and tell her, "You kissed them all first."

"Yup, the perks of being the Grandma that delivered them all."

"You earned it, thank you for keeping her safe,"  I say to her, she saved my Katie.  She could have died when the babies got caught, she was losing so much blood, but she knew just what to do.

She quickly checks Katie again and replaces the blood bag on the pole.  "She lost a lot of blood, let her sleep."  She warns us all.  I nod and she leaves the room.
