The Alpha's Secret Obsession

So, where do I begin? My name is Katie, I am 17 years old and my birthday is Saturday. I am 5'8", long dark brown hair, dark brown eyes, and porcelain white skin. I have been approached many times to model for different companies as my mother had me participate in several pageants (only the ones offering scholarships to college). I actually have won every pageant that she entered me into, so my college fund has grown into something that I am VERY proud of. I am in my Senior year in High School, because I am a Werewolf I attend a school owned by my pack (The Silver Moon Pack). Our pack has endless funds and always supports educational opportunities, plus encourages the neighboring packs to attend, so we have students from all of them. The intermixing of packs also makes the possibility of finding your mate quite high. Our Alpha Chance actually has an office at the school and students can stop any time they want to talk, he reminds me of this almost every time I see him. I have a huge crush on him so I have taken him up on this several times. I am the only child of the pack surgeons/doctors Stephanie & Jack Silver, I plan on following in their footsteps and go into the medical field. I received my early acceptance letter for Medical School and have been very excited ever since. I am a little awkward, I do not get involved with the typical teenage antics, I guess I am just too focused on my future. I dated the captain of the football team, Harry for about a month . . . he finally realized that I was not going to have s*x with him and left me for our pack slut, Karen. By left me, I mean I walked in on them, in the Science lab. She was bent over the teacher's desk and he was pounding her from behind. She just smiled at me, he pulled out and tried to tell me he was sorry that he did not want the pack slut but he needed a release. She then decided to tell me about the bet, he and several of his friends had money riding on how long it would take him to get into my pants. Everyone thought he would, just how long it would take. Several of his friends have asked me out but I keep making excuses, not to date. I hope I find my mate or someone that makes me half as happy as my parents are. "Katie, time to get up, you have a long day ahead of you. We need you to come downstairs and talk to us, something important has come up."  "ok, be right down" My mother has breakfast ready and both of my parents look guilty.  "What is going on? Please don't scare me."  "Oh honey, I did not mean to scare you. Your father and I have been asked to help some of the packs that were affected by the hurricane last night. Many people were injured and some lost everything. We are leaving in an hour, we will be gone for weeks." My mother looks at me hesitantly. "Honey, do you think you will be alright without us?" "Mom, you are leaving me home alone?" I ask "Oh, no honey. I have made arrangements with the Alpha when he asked us to go, you will be staying in the packhouse with him. We know we can trust you to stay here alone but we would feel more comfortable knowing that you are not alone. Alpha Chance actually understood my hesitation and said he would put you in a room on the third floor in his private residence."  As my mother said these words, I know my face turned a deep shade of red. She knows I have a crush on him.  "Mom, no one stays in his private residence. Why would he let me?" "I am not comfortable with unmated males freely walking into your room, I feel comfortable knowing they would not dare step foot on the Alpha's floor let alone his residence without his permission. Don't worry honey, it is no one else's business." My mother states like this is no big deal.  "ok" is all I manage to get out.
