"He took you on a date!" May exclaimed, almost forcing me to push the phone away from my ear.
"Yeah, I mean...yeah, I guess. But it was nothing fancy. We visited one of our old favorite places, that's all," I mumbled.
"Did you guys?" she asked, sounding eager.
"No, May. We didn't," I rolled my eyes, effectively skipping the hungry and almost animalistic kiss that we shared last night and even this morning. She doesn't need to know all those details just yet.
"Hmm," she muttered. "So, what exactly is his game?"
