Ellis hasn’t called me. I know he got my text messages I sent as soon I got off the phone with Laurel 45 minutes ago.

“Obviously. What is his malfunction? Why on earth would he take Coline on a date?!”

I shake my head. “No, she’s jealous as hell if I’m not mistaken. And mad as a wet hen about it. She could have the wrong end of the stick I guess.”
