Chapter 4We get dressed quickly, Kristian winds his long scarf around his neck and pulls down his hat until all that’s visible is the tip of his nose. “Are you sure you’re warm enough?” I ask with a chuckle. “That’s what this is for.” He wiggles the thermos but uncovers a bit more of his face until I can see his eyes and wide grin. He slips his gloved hand into mine and pulls me outside. “Holy f**k, it’s cold,” he says, his condensed breath helping him make his point. I shudder in reply as the freezing air stings and bites every piece of uncovered skin on my body “This was a stupid idea,” he mutters but makes no move to go back inside.
