CJ had insisted on walking me back up to my condo. And I honestly believed that he felt just the same way as I did, he also didn’t want to say goodbye just yet. And I smiled, hoping that that would indeed be the case. I cleared my throat, as we made it towards my front door, and I could see worry lingering inside CJ’s gorgeous grey eyes.
“Sooo…” I sang, not really knowing what to say. I was taken aback by the sadness in his eyes, like if I left him right now, he would die of loneliness.
“Do you want to come inside for a bit?” I asked him, pointing at the door, and as soon as he had heard me, his face brightened up, making me smile to see the drastic change in him.
“Yeah, sure.” He nodded, as I turned around to open the door.
