What's the most crucial thing you needed to acquire when it comes to managing your business? Is it financial management? Yeah it is, but definitely not for me. Is it marketing, communication and negotiation, leadership, project management and planning, delegation and time management, problem solving, or networking? No. It's being ruthless. You need to put in mind that business can be somehow dirty and in order for you to be at the top of the summit, you have to take a risk and play dirty too. Taking down your opponent ruthlessly shall never affect your performance and the way you think. It's business. If they fall because of you, sorry but it's business.
