Liu Min also appeared indifferent.

"Isn't it just a matter of kids bickering? Stop trying to scare people with the law."

Fu Yuncheng's seemingly calm expression darkened slightly.

"Bring in Lao Cui."

Luke Bai nodded, took out his phone, and made a call.

Beside him, Mo Jiang looked at Fu Yuncheng with confusion.

He retrieved videos from the surveillance room showing Cai Yanhong bullying Gu Nanyi over the past month and then questioned several involved parties.

Since they were all students and he himself had bullied Gu Nanyi before, they felt guilty under Cui Wei's questioning.

Thus, several students honestly confessed when asked by Cui Wei.

Now that there were eyewitnesses and evidence present, Liu Min and Cai Yanhong finally realized the seriousness of the issue.

"Cai Yanhong, come with us."

Cai Yanhong looked terrified and gripped Liu Min's wrist tightly.

"Mom, I don't want to go to the police station; please call Dad to save me."

"Director Cui, this is just a small conflict between two kids; it doesn't warrant taking them to the police station!"

Before Liu Min could argue further, Cui Wei commanded as several police officers stepped forward forcibly taking Cai Yanhong away from the scene. After greeting Fu Yuncheng and Luke Bai briefly, Cui Wei approached Gu Nanyi. "Gu Nanyi, you need to come with us for investigation assistance."

"Okay!" Gu Nanyi glanced at Fu Yuncheng. She could have resolved this matter herself but didn’t expect him to step in and help her out. This favor would be remembered. “Thank you.”

When Fu Yuncheng looked at Gu Nanyi, his sharp brows softened slightly. “Don’t be afraid; it’s just assisting in gathering evidence.”

“Mm!” Gu Nanyi nodded and left with Cui Wei. At that moment, Luke Bai furrowed his brow slightly as he looked towards Fu Yuncheng beside him. “That girl just said ‘thank you,’ right?”

“Is there an issue?”

“That’s strange; since entering the door you've barely spoken two sentences while I've been continuously speaking for her—I'm also the one who called Cui Wei over! Why does she only thank you?”
