As the days goes, the rumor that Mr Perez is planning to sell out the business becomes real. Ngayon ay puspusan ang trabaho namin preparing all the documents that the buyer needs. He's asking to see the accounts, income statements, financial reports, all the records for the last five years. He wants to see the standing of the company, it's stability in the market.
May rumors pa na isang investor lang din ang bibili nito na naka-base sa US pero ang condition is gusto makita ang lahat ng assets and records ng company. He is a smart businessman for sure and the reason why Mr Perez is selling his share is because he is sick. All of these are still rumors coz the company hasn't announce yet regarding the current issue.
