I waited in the car until Ben changed into a suit, because both of his parents are with Gigi, and if I appeared in front of them again, they might get suspicious. Ben told me that one day he would introduce me properly to his parents, but I wasn't making big plans. Maybe our relationship won't last long. Maybe we'll both find someone else to spend the rest of our lives with. Ben's phone rings and I only now realize that he left it in the car. I see that J is calling. Normally I would put the phone away and not answer, but I met J and he was nice to me that night, so I answer.
-Hey, J. Ben is at home to change his clothes and he left his phone in the car. I answer quickly, and there is silence on the other end of the call.
-"Oh…Ok. How are you, Anna? Is everything okay?"
