Ace’s Memory-2

“Deva! Where are you? Answer me!" Ace shouted loudly.

‘Brother Ace, why are you screaming? You can use the mind link.' Deva's voice echoed in Ace's mind.

Only then did Ace realize his mistake. He was so scared that he did not even think of mind linking to Deva.

‘Where are you?’ Ace asked after controlling his heavy breaths.

‘I am above your head.’ Deva said.

Ace turned and looked up in shock. He saw a tree full of purple flowers on the top of that mountain. And a little boy was sitting on a tree. His purple eyes looked down at Ace. His burgundy long hair waving in the air and his small face has a cute smile like Bella.

“Come down, Deva! Mom will be angry if you fall.” Ace shouted.

“I want to come down, brother. But my foot is stuck in this branch.” Deva said, pointing towards his right foot.

Ace's sharp eyes saw that Deva's right leg was stuck in a big branch. Which has now turned red. Now Deva started worrying about Deva.

"Ok. I am coming up. Don't move from your place at all." Ace said in a loud voice to Deva.

"Ok, brother," Deva said smilingly.

Ace went closer to the tree and saw that it was not at all easy to climb. Still, using the technique his Jax daddy had taught him, he transformed both his hands into wolf paws, and with their help, he reached that branch. He sits next to Deva.

“Wow, brother, you are faster than me,” Deva asked in an impressed voice.

"Keep quiet. Let's free your leg first." Saying this, Ace checked Deva's feet. He gave a light blow to that branch of the tree. Deva's leg gets free with a light blow.

“Wow, you are so powerful, brother,” Deva said in an amazed tone. He was always impressed by Ace's every move. He was so abusive to Ace.

“You are also powerful. You can free yourself from this tree with your powers, right? Why didn't you free yourself?” Ace asked Deva.

“Yes, but that would have caused great harm to all the animals and animals living on this tree and to this tree itself. My power will turn this tree into a poisonous tree. That's why I didn't use my powers. I didn't want to harm any innocent things." Deva said smilingly.

Ace was very happy to see the affection and concern for others in Deva's heart. Ace extended his hand and caressed Deva's head lovingly. His younger brother's innocent reply brought solace to his heart. Deva was very fond of caressing her brother's head. So he leaned even more towards Ace. Ace smiled at his actions.

“Brother Ace, I love it whenever you caress my head like this. My worries and tension faded away with your touch. Will you keep caressing my head like this forever?” Deva asked with emotional eyes.

“If I keep doing this all the time, Bella and Carson will think I'm only in love with you. They will be jealous.” Ace chuckles as he says that.

“Ha, so it is true. You love me the most like Mom loves me. I know this. Brother, what happens when bad people try to harm me because I have bad power? I'm scared to know what I would do without you.” As Deva said, he held Ace’s hand tightly.

"Deva, I give you a promise that I will protect you from bad people! I will not let any bad people come near you. This is my promise to you. So don't be scared." Ace said, keeping a hand on the little Deva.

"You are the best, brother! I want to be like you. Strong and powerful." Deva gave him a bright smile.

“You already are powerful Deva. Just use your power for good. Remember don't hurt innocent people. If you do good to others, good will also happen to you. But if you cannot do good to someone then you do not have the right to do bad things.” Ace said with a calm face.

“ Wow, I'll do as you told me, brother. Now can you tell me, how did you climb the tree like that? I saw you used your paws. How is that possible? I don't know how to get my paws out in human form." Deva said with a big smile. Also, he looked at his palms.

“Jax Daddy taught me how to grow paws. I'll teach you soon. Now you tell me. What are you doing here? And how did you climb this tree? Just a minute, where did you throw your t-shirt? Mom will scold you a lot if you have any injury.” Ace told little Deva, who was still a child of six years, treating him to his Mom's fear.

“I didn't throw - I didn't throw, brother. Look at this. I have collected flowers for Bella in it. I didn't have any bags so I used my t-shirt.” Deva showed the T-shirt tied on his back. In which there were lots of purple flowers.

“Oh, so you also started acting crazy like Carson. After all, what are you going to do with so many flowers?” Ace asked in a confused tone.

"I don't know. But Bella wants these flowers that never fade. So Carson and I found this tree. Carson took only one flower. But I wondered whether Bella would have wanted many flowers instead of just one. so…." Ace said with an innocent smile.

“So that's why you climbed up alone without any safety. Does Carson know you climbed this tree?” Ace asked.

"No. As soon as he got just one flower, he went to give it to Bella.” Deva said innocently.

“Carson is older than you. It is his responsibility to take care of you.” Ace said in a helpless tone.

“Mmm… Brother Ace, can we go home? I don't want to be late for mom's birthday." Deva said in a lazy tone.

"OK. Come on, get on my back. Let me help you down from the tree.” Ace said, pointing towards his back.

Deva happily climbed onto Ace's back. Ace jumped down from the tree and landed softly on his paws. Ace put his paws back in place.

“Hold tight, I will take you home now,” Ace said to Deva.

“Yes, brother,” Deva said.

Ace used his speed. Both of them had reached the packhouse in the blink of an eye when suddenly there was a loud explosion. Ace fell on the ground carrying Deva.

"What happened?" Deva asked alertly.

"Something is wrong. Deva, are you okay?” Ace helped Nav Deva to get up.

“Yes, brother…” Deva nodded his head.

‘Ace… Where is Deva?’ Nora's scared voice came to Ace's mind.

‘Mom, Deva is with me. What's going on? Why do explosions happen?’ Ace asked quickly.

‘Rogus has attacked our pack. Girls and Carson send you to a safe room. Keep Deva safe. I'm coming to get you both.' Nora said quickly.

Ace became alert as soon as he heard the name of Rogue. Then there was another explosion. Ace held Deva's hand tightly and started running in one direction.

“Brother Ace, what happened? Why are we running like this? And why did this explosion happen?” Deva asked in a scared tone.

“The enemies have attacked us. Mom told me to keep safe. Don't leave my hand. Ok." Ace told him everything.

Hearing Ace's words, Deva understood and he also started running with Ace. That's when Ace and Deva realized through their bond that Nora was hurt.

"Mom…" Ace groans as he feels pain.

“Brother, something has happened to Mom. Let's go there. I want to see Mom.” Deva shakes Ace's arm as he desperately does.

Ace also wants to go back to his Mom to see what really happened. But he remembered his Mom's words. His Mom has asked him to keep Deva safe. So he has to do what his Mom said.

"No. We are going to the safe room now. Mom has asked me to keep you safe.” Ace said in a hard tone.

“But Mom is hurt. We have to go see her.” Deva keeps getting worried about Nora.

“Dad and Daddy will be there to save Mom. Don't worry. Let's go." Ace tried to pull Deva with him.

“If both daddies had been there, Mom would not have gotten hurt," Deva said what he felt. He just worried about his mother.

Before Ace could say anything back, they once again felt the pain that his Mom was feeling. This time very fast and strong.

“Mom… Something has happened to Mom. I want to see Mom. Brother Ace, come on… Come on….” Deva started crying and pulling Ace's arm.

"Ok. But promise me. You will not leave my hand.” Ace said as he couldn't stop himself from worrying about his mother.

“I promise. Hurry up now,” Deva said.

Ace tried to mind link with Nora but the mind link was blocked by something. Now Ace also started worrying about his Mom even more. He once again made Deva sit on his back and ran to find Nora with the help of his nose.

“Today you will die, Nora!! Because of you, my son was killed.” Ace and Deva heard a woman's angry voice.

When Ace went in the direction of the voice, mother scents his eyes widened in shock. He saw Nora kneeling on the ground. And green waves were caught in her. Those waves were hurting Nora's body. Ace follows those waves that come from a woman standing in front of Nora in the distance. She was wearing a black long robe. That hidden every part of her body, even her face was hidden. Only her hands were visible. Whose hand was raised in the air towards Nora. And the green wave coming from her hands.

“Mom…Mom…” Seeing his Mom's condition, little Deva started crying even more. He freed his hand from Ace and ran towards Nora.

"Leave my mom...." Deva shouted in an angry tone.

“Deva, no….” Nora said in a pained voice. When she saw Deva run to the woman in front of her. Despite being in so much trouble, she was worried about Deva.

"Deva, come back now." Ace tries to hold his mom up.

"Ace... Save your brother... She is an evil witch..." Nora pointed at a woman standing ten steps away.

“Mom….” As soon as Deva tried to touch Nora, the masked woman caught Deva.

When the wave stopped above Nora for a while, Nora tried to get up. Ace helped his Mom get up.

“Deva… Ace, save deva. That which will take him away...” Nora said, taking deep breaths.

"You don't worry." Ace moved away from Nora and stood in front of the woman.

“You… Whoever you are. Give me back my brother.” Ace used the power of ice to aim at the woman's hands and hit the ice like multiple knives. A cold blue light started shining towards Ace, his eyes glowing blue.

A woman waves her free hand and the ice falls in front of her feet.

“Oh, you devil child! Someone like you can't defeat me. I will kill your Mom and take this boy back.” The woman said angrily and waved her hand, throwing Axe away with some magic.

"No. Ace, my child…!” Nora shouted while crawling towards Ace.

Ace was also trying to get up.

“Mom… Mom… Brother…” Deva was crying, shouting for his mother and brother. He was struggling to get free. But he is just a small kid in front of a woman.

“Which child will you save, Nora? To Ace or Deva? Let me make it easy. I leave such a curse on you that you will die day by day very slowly for the next sixteen years and you will be cured when your son calls your name while touching your hand. When he turns 22 years old and never contacts you will die. Till then you will remain away from your children forever. This is my curse of a witch Queen.” Saying this, red rays came out from the hands of that mysterious woman and hit Nora's body.

“Ahhh…!!” Nora screamed loudly.

"No. Mom….“ Ace went and stood in front of Nora. So the rays caught him too.

"Ace…." Nora shouted before she fell unconscious.

“No, brother Ace….” Ace saw that Abby came running there and She stood in front for protection. Before Ace fainted, he saw that Abby's eyes turned red before she had fallen unconscious. That woman disappeared with Deva.

"It's all my fault! I lost my mom... My brother... And my sister Abby... I have to find a way…Ice,

find a cure for Mom." Ace murmured as he felt the power in his body growing wild. His wolf growled in anger.

“Ace!! That's enough! Come back!" Someone called out loudly to Ace.

Ace is so caught in those guilty emotions he can't figure out the way out.

"Icey!! Control Ace! Right Now!!" Someone shouted at Ace Wolf.

That voice is so strong that Ace finds a way out of his dream and opens his eyes.

He saw the room that he was sitting in cold and hard by ice. Some icebergs have sharp points.

He feels a familiar hand on his shoulder. He lifted his head to see the person. Seeing a familiar person Ace come back to the present time completely. His eyes turn normal.
