I watched as a little girl gets up and does a little twirl before moving her bottom in a cute way, making me smile and the other kids laugh.
“Are you finished with breakfast?” Ethan asked.
“Yes, thank you, it was delicious” I said.
“Come, I’ll take you to my office”. I turned to call Kaleb, but Ethan grabbed my hand.
“Kaleb is safe here. No one is going to hurt him. I promise” he said, and I nodded. I don’t know why, but I trust what he’s saying. I followed Ethan to his office.
“Here is the number you need to call. You can use that phone” he said. I walked around the desk and dialed the number. The phone rang about three times before someone answered.
“This is Detective Johnson”, the male on the other side said.
