I didn't heed Pisces' shouts and hurriedly made my way towards the exit of the hall. I was almost at the door when someone grabbed my arm.
"I’ll take you home!" Marcus panted as he caught up to me.
Before I could even nod, Marcus' grip on me was removed by another hand. "There’s no need for you to do that, Mr. Apolinario, I can take my wife home." Pisces said, glaring at Marcus.
"I’m the one who brought her here, it is my duty to take her home, Sir," Marcus insisted, pulling me towards him.
Pisces grinned without humor in it. "It is your duty? Then, you should know that it is also your responsibility to protect her from that pervert!" Pisces forcefully pushed Marcus away and quickly pulled me out of the hotel.
