Chapter 6: Spill!

2062 Words
ALEJANDRO’S POV.   Settling down on the driver’s seat, I hit the start feature button and my Ferrari la Ferrari, comes to life. Joe sits shot gun and I drive after my men, while some drive behind me. The ride I silent as neither of the both us have a topic discuss nor feel need to put on some music.   Maybe Lucy was right to touch my properties. She claimed to want to her have her revenge that way and thank goodness she someone I can’t hurt. God knows how I have planned to get whosoever tampered with me and Joe’s funds and properties six feet underground.   In the last few years my compassion for people has deteriorated from when Kiki was still with me.   “What’s your plan? Kiki and Colton broke off their engagement.”Joe starts and I tighten my hold on the steering.   “So, why should I care about that?” I ask.   “You cared when you had a night stand with her. You almost went back to take her with us, if not because I stopped you. Alejandro, be honest with me. After a night stand with your ex, what do you intend to do?” He replies and I stop the car.   “This isn’t some movie or some one-night stand romance novel, where the two who had a nightstand reunites and become a couple. This is reality, Joe. By the way, she is not my first night stand. Remember who we were before she came into my life like she would stay forever.” My voice comes out harsh at the begin and ends calmly after mentioning his name.   He unfastens his seat belt and get off before me and I do the same.   “What if she re-appears? What if Kiki returns to Italy? You know you would see her one way or the other because her Mom is the boss.” He continues and I stop walking.   “Till then, but for now she is not here and I do not care. Let’s get this work for Phoebe done.” I reply and walk past him.   He catches up with me and we both take a turn for her office as soon as we step into the foyer.   “Where is Mike?” Phoebe asks as soon we walk into her office.   “He said he has some unfinished business to attend to. It is something he claims you know about.” Joe answers her and she turns in her swivel chair to face us.   “As you both know, the ball is few weeks but before the ball. You have an assignment. We have a new assassin and we will be putting her to a test before the ball. The assignment to launch an attack on the Marino family. They have trespassed. There would be a shipment to them tomorrow, you know what you have to do.” She instructs and I bow.   “As soon as we make a move, they will attempt to make move too but we would be one step ahead of them. I need to see this new assassin and I need to test her capability too.” I reply and she stands.   “You will meet her after the shipment has been redirected to us.” She responds and I nod before taking a turn to leave.   We walk past so many of Phoebe’s men as we make our way out and as soon as we get out, Joe rests against the car instead of getting in.   “What’s wrong?” I ask and he shakes his head.   “Do we ever plan to stop?” He asks and I know he is referring to the whole mafia stuffs.   “Are you tired of what we born into?” I reply and he sighs.   “I hope one day we put an end to all of this and live off our legal businesses that are enough to sustain us even now. We have killed a lot, have it affect those we love and even lost ourselves between it. Where is your woman? Mine even died. My sister’s relationship is a bit shaky, I overheard their harsh arguments few nights ago.” He tells me and I move away from the driver’s side.   “The last time I said something similar to every single word you just uttered, you talked me out of it. Joe, it is not like we didn’t try to pick our paths in life. This path picked us. Remember when they just killed Marie, you wanted to hurt every singe one who joined hands to cause her death? Brother, if we are destined to stop, we would eventually.” I reply   “Hopefully it won’t be by death.” He says and open the passengers door to sit in.   Handing the key to one of the men I can recognize properly, I sit next to Joe as the one who got my car key settles behind the steering wheel to drive.   “To the latest hotel that has a bar.” I order and he starts the car.   “I would rather go home.” Joe says.   “Are you okay?” I ask with concern laced in my voice.   “I am. It is just while Phoebe was assigning the next mission, I thought on how long we will continue to kill, steal and lose those who are close to us.” He explains.   “We do not steal and we do not just attack people. We take back what was stolen from us and we kill those who trespassed. Joe, you were never this soft. You have been my back bone and support, you can’t back off now.” I respond   “I am not backing off. After a couple of drinks tonight, I will be fine.” He asserts and I pat his shoulder.   The rest of the ride is filled with some low music playing from the stereo. He stops in front of some new hotel that was purchased recently.   “Why this particular hotel?” Joe asks and I roll my eyes before getting off.   “You’re coming?” I say as I knock on the window gently.   He gets off the car too and we both approach the securities at the same time. They welcome us and we walk towards the reception and one of the workers approach us.   “Are you here to spend a night? Do you need an escort? Are you here for a couple of drinks and if not, we have the best restaurant in town. You can make reservations and also eat there now. Which? So, I can lead the way.” He says.   “Lead us to the bar and reserve two rooms.” Joe replies and he bows a bit before asking us to come with him. We are led through a semi busy hallway as different people pace gracefully around.   Sauntering through the dance floor, he points at the bar and I hear Joe mumble ‘thanks’. before following behind me. We pull out a stool for ourselves and the bartender moves to our side.   “Vermouth.” I order.   I do not plan to get drunk. I just want to have a couple of drinks to pass the night away. “Negroni.” Joe orders and I let my eyes trail over the busy dance floor.   My eyes locks with some beautiful hourglass shaped lady who sways her hips perfectly to the rhythm of the song being played. She smiles at me and run her hand seductively from the bridge of her nose to her lips and I stand with my glass in my hand. Downing the half filled glass in a minute. I smile back and she sways her hips with each step she takes towards me.   “Hi! I see you can’t seem to get your eyes off me.” She remarks as the bartender passes her a glass.   He must know her regular.   “Excuse me.” Joe says and leave to meet some lady who seems to attract him.   “I am quite good with my tongue, I will have your eyes rolling to the back of your head. If you are interested, I know a secluded spot here.” She purrs and raise her glass to her lips.   “Show me.” I reply and her expression darkens as she leads the way away from the crowd.   “Hi. Spare me some seconds.” Joe interrupts us and pull me away.   “Your room number is 210 and here is the key card.” He slips the card into my head and move to meet the lady he was initially with.   “Now, Mr. Handsome.” She whispers as she places her hand on my chest and I lead her towards the stairs.   “What is your name?” I ask.   “I do not disclose my names to my customers. I just do my job.” She answers and i continue to ascend the stairs with her.   “What do I call you then?”   “You are different from the other men. My name is Francesca. What is the point in asking when you are going to forget my name anyway. Most men ask for my name the night before we have a thing and call me some other name the next morning.” She replies as we walk through the hallway that leads to my room.   Swiping my card on the reader, I open the door for us.   As soon as I shut the door, she falls on her knees and move her hands to the buckle of my belt. She moves her other hand to the zip down my zipper. Running her hand on my hood through my brief she locks her eyes with mine before taking it out.   Stroking me, she wraps her mouth around me and I throw my head back when her she flicks her tongue on my frenulum. Combing my fingers through her soft hair, I grab a fistful of her hair and push myself deeper in her mouth, causing her to gag before pulling out.   Opening my eyes as she continues her movement, my eyes trails off to the tattoo on her neck and I take out a handgun from the pocket of my suit jacket, pressing the gun to her temple. She stops her movement and I step back as she raises her hands.   “Who the f**k are you?” I cuss and she cusses under her breath as she seems to remember the tattoo on her neck.   Returning my hard member into my brief, I point the gun at her and she makes a swift move to get the gun from me, but I move faster than her. Dodging her, I pin her hand painfully behind her. I press the gun to her temple.   “Let me go and I will talk.” She deals.   “I will not hesitate to bury a bullet in your head and spleen.” I threaten and she nods repeatedly before I let go of her.   Wearing my clothes properly, she moves to sit on the bed and tears begin to stream down her face, but I know her type.   “Spill!” I command and she flinches.     THIRD PERSON’S POV.   Mike spots Alejandro and Joe seated at the bar, causing anger to jolts through his veins. Why would he let Alejandro in here when he knows who the owner is he thought to himself and find a way to beckon to Joe who sees him but pretends not to in other not to call Alejandro’s attention.   “Excuse me.” Joe says as soon as he notices Alejandro diverting his attention to some sexy lady on the dance floor.   “You know so well that this is Kiki’s hotel you should have diverted him from coming here.” Mike says as soon as Joe walks to him.   “I didn’t know he was coming here until we got here. Do whatever you can to keep Kiki away from the bar tonight and now that Alejandro won’t be at home will be a perfect time for Kiki to move into the penthouse I will get him a room.”Joe replies and turn away.
