Chapter 8

As the next week has passed, I have been trying to chance things on with me. I had cut my hair, colored it and changed my eye color. I went out to Hector's to buy a car from him. But since I was his girl, he let me use his car and race for a nice hot car. But since I'm that girl that runs the racing life because I ride with Dom, I get my way.

I placed down $500 and a pink for my bet for me to win. But with Hector, he doubles it. So it's $1000. And he was a little hurt that j was throwing in a pink slip. The guy I was racing, gave me the kissy eyes but it wasn't working.

"Keep on doing that. All you gonna do is kiss my ass." I told him.

"Please, your a girl. You probably can't even race right." He said to him.

I honked at Hector then revved up my car to tell him let's get this race going.

As Hector counted down and threw his arms down, the guy took off. He thinks he's gonna get me that easy. Well he has something coming.

I miss my car, but I can't drive it for this race. I need a new car, and this guys car is the one that I want to get in to get Braga and Finix, without them noticing its me. Dom and Brian isn't Happy about it but I don't care.

As I shifted into 3rd, I reached the guy and looked at him and flipped him off then shifted into 4th and hit NOS at the same time. I won of course and the guy wasn't very happy about it. He had to give me $1k and his car. As I gave Hector his keys back, I grabbed the keys to my new car from the guy with my money. On top of my other winnings.

When I got in my new car, I drove over to Dom and Brian. Dom smiled at me then winked. Brian just smiled at me. I was slowly speaking to him but not as much. But I'll forgive him when I killed Finix and we catch Braga.

I rode with Brian to the FBI station to tell them what's going on. Dom wasn't happy about that idea, but Brian was on my side on this one.

When we got there, Brian and I walked in and the guys were looking at me like what the hell I was doing there. I went straight to Sgt Tanner.

I smacked my hand on the table. "I'm taking over this task. I'm getting Braga and Finix." I told him.

"Excuse me." One of the guys had said as Sgt Tanner looked at me.

"You heard me." I said.

"Brian, who does this person think she is?" That same guy said to Brian.

"She's my sister and if she wants in she is getting what she wants." Brian told him.

"Why is that?" Sgt Tanner asked looking at me.

"Because I can get you Braga and Finix like I said. I've seen them. And they killed my sister." I said as looked straight into Tanner's eyes. "I know Letty was helping y'all to get Braga for Dom's freedom. Well he's my ole man and I want his freedom. So from now on this is my task and I will get you Braga." I told them.

"Elena, is it?" Sgt Tanner asked. I nodded. "Okay, the task is yours. If you can give us Braga, then Dominic Toretto is free then. I give you my word." He told me.

"Seriously, your giving her the task." The guy had said. "A girl,"

"That girl can kick your ass, if you don't watch how you talk to my sister." Brian had said.

After that, I took the files and walked out with Brian behind me. As I drove back to the house, Dom was sitting in the front room watching TV with Mia and drinking a Corona.

I sat in his lap and took a sip of his beer and read through the files. This was driving me insane but I got it.

That night, I had took a shower with Dom and made love with him. By only sleeping with only 4 hours, I got up and snuck out of the bed while Dom was still asleep. I hurried up and got dressed and snuck out of the house to my car that was in the drive way.

Once I got in the car, I drove to where I needed to go, to get in to find my way to Braga. By the time I had crossed state lines, Dom and Brian were calling me but I wasn't answering the phone. I knew what they were gonna say to me. When I made it to the club where me and Letty first went to, I had found Gisele.

"Elena, what are you doing here?" Gisele said to me when she caught me.

"Gisele I have to get Braga. He killed my sister." I told her.

"Wait Letty is dead?" She asked me.

"Yes, Braga had Finix kill her and almost got me." I told her.

Gisele was another one of those one night stands I had. She was one of Braga's girls but she didn't like him. So she helped me whenever I needed it. Even when I had to race she would give me cheats to get to where I needed to be quick.

I kissed her on the lips and she gave me a piece of paper to get me in the next race. It was the next day. But Gisele let me stay with her for the night. But we didn't do anything other than cuddle.

The next day, I kissed Gisele before driving to were I needed to be. And when I got there, Dom and Brian was there in the line.

Fuck, I thought to myself.

I drove up, parking the car and turning it off. When I got out, Dom looked at me pissed off. Brian just shook his head at me.

"Look, I know your mad." I said to them as I came over.

"Mad, I'm beyond mad. I'm furious with you. I see me doing this s**t to you, but that's me." Dom said. "But you, no. We said we were in this together."

"Look, I know." I told him. Then here came Gisele walking over to me.

"Hey pretty thang." She said to me and kissed my cheek. "So Finix is coming down with some more guys but Braga I don't know if he is with him. I haven't seen him all day."

"Gisele thank you so much." I told her as I hugged her. Then Dom cleared his throat. "Gisele this is my boyfriend, Dominic Toretto and my brother Brian O'Connor." I had introduced them to her.

"Nice to meet y'all." She had said as she shook their hands.

While we talked, Finix had showed up with some cars. When they pulled into a line, Finix looked over at us. Gisele kissed my cheek than left us.

Finix kept an eye on us while he was talking. Dom walked around the area looking at the cars. He stopped at one which was Finix's car. I saw what he was doing and went over there.

"What are you doing?" I asked him.

"Looking." He told me. "The stuff that Brian collected from the wreck only comes from certain cars and this is one of them." Dom looked at me. "Look right here. This is new paint job,"

"How do you know?" I asked.

"Two different colors. Plus you can see where he had hit something with his car, its all inwards and somewhat scratched up."

"Like I told you Dom, I saw Finix hit her. Then shot at me for trying to save Letty." I told him as Finix yelled over to us.

"What are you two doing?" He asked us.

Both Dom and I walked over to him and stood and front of him. I crossed my arms and Dom was staring him down.

"I was checking out your car, it looks like it got some damage on it even with a new paint job that doesn't match the car." Dom said.

"Yes, I got into a wreck while back." He told us.

"More like you ran someone off the road." I had muttered.

"Excuse me?" He asked me as he looked from Dom to me.

"You had hit someone alright. You hit them so hard you flipped their car and let's say you killed them." I told him.

Finix pulled back his gun making Brian look over our way, as when Dom stepped in front of me.

"What you gonna use that gun on me like you had killed a friend of mine." Dom said

"Her name was Letty." I had spoke out.

"Ah, pretty young feisty one too. She had came here with a pretty brunette girl too. What was her name?" He said scratching his face. "Ah Elena. You kinda look like her too." He said as he pointed the gun at me.

Dom didn't like it one bit but didn't do anything. Then that exact moment one of the cars had exploded, making all the other cars blow up with it. When they did, Brian started hitting some of the other guys and Dom was fighting with Finix. Me well I was fighting my way through the bullets as they were shooting my way. One shot at me and hit me in my shoulder knocking me down.

Dom had saw that and ran over to me. As he picked me up that same guy had shot him in his shoulder but Dom didn't move. Dom used my legs and kicked the guy down as Brian ran for a truck and pulled up next to us. Dom opened up the front door and slide us both in and Brian took off.



As we got to a safe spot, that Brian found, he had stopped. He opened the door for us and helped Dom help me out. Dom took off my jacket and my shirt while Brian got some stuff to get the bullet out of my shoulder.

Which wasn't very easy. But they got it out. Once Brian got it out, he started working on Dom. After he got both bullets out, he patched us up and called for back up.

While he was one the phone, Dom helped me put my clothes back on. Every single movement hurt but I managed. When I had my shirt and jacket back on, I sat in the back seat leaning my head against the seat while Dom paced around.

"Alright, so we all made a deal. We trade whatever is in the truck with Braga tomorrow afternoon." Brian said as he opened up his driver side door.

"Just like that?" I asked.

"Yep." Brian said.

Dom came over to me. He put his head on my head. We stared at each other for a moment then kissed me before shutting my door.

I had a feeling he didn't like I was doing this, but I am a big girl. I can take care of myself.

I fell asleep in the back seat leaning again the door, while Brian drove us to the city, where we were meeting up at. Once we got there, we slept in the car for the night which was very uncomfortable. I couldn't cuddle with Dom which was hard to sleep. Or maybe it was my shoulder, since it was killing me.

By the next day, everyone showed up suiting us up and giving us ear pieces. Sgt Tanner wasn't happy that Dom was with us, but I told them they wasn't touching Dom until we get Braga.

"I'll give you the signal when its all clear to come in." Brian told them.

I stood close to Dom, as the back up with to go hide, when Braga and his people was coming. As a man in a grey suit came with a bag of money, he was acting weird. I had a bad feeling about this. I walked forward a little bit to get the bad but saw his face change.

"He isn't Braga." I whispered.

"You guys thinking what I'm thinking?" Brian asked.

"He isn't Braga." Dom said.

Just then the FBI had came running out of hiding. Brian tackled down the man in the grey suit as I was looking over to where Finix was running with some guy in his car.

"That's Braga." I yelled out.

I went to run over to them sliding from getting shot at. Grabbing a guy with a gun, wrapping my legs around his neck bringing him down and knocking him out. I grabbed his gun and shot at Finix and Braga.

As they took off, Gisele went to shoot at them as well.

"Gisele!" I yelled.

Dom ran over there knocking her out of the way before she got hit. I ran over there to see if they were okay, but Dom pushed Gisele in the car and they took off.



I looked over at Brian and the others. I went over to Brian and the asshole that told the others to come out. I got in his face.

"We told you to f*****g wait for our call." I yelled at him.

"You had him right there. So I took the call to go." He told me.

"No, we didn't. He's not Braga, god damnit." I said as I pouched the trailer they were in.

"What do you mean he's not Braga." He asked me.

"f*****g ask him yourself. It was a f*****g set up." I told him.

"She's right, it was a set up." Brian told him.

"Now because of your stupid ass, the real Braga and Finix got away, because you want to call the f*****g shots." I said then walked away.

I was so pissed off, I had kicked a crate from where I was standing at, as I walked away.

Later that night, Dom had came to where Brian and I were staying at with Gisele. She wasn't happy about any of this.

"Gisele, please tell me the truth, did you know that wasn't Braga?" I asked her.

"Elena, I didn't know that wasn't him. I've only met his once. I mostly got texts from him." She told me.

That just made me more pissed off. I didn't know what to do anymore until I came up with a plan.

I looked up at the others but walked to Gisele.

"Gisele, I need him." I told her.

"We'll get him." She told me. At first she thought we was talking about Braga.

"No not him. Him." I said as I gave her the look.

"The beast?" She asked me.

"Yes, I need him. I know where they are going next. You've told me your self." I told her.

Brian and Dom looked at us like what the f**k is going on? But I didn't tell them nor did she. Gisele grabbed my hand and we took off. Not explaining to Dom or Brian the plan until, I came back with the beast.



When I pulled up, Dom and Brian looked at me and the car. When I stepped out, I looked at Dom.

"Ride or die?" I asked him.

That was all I had to say. He looked at Brian for moment then looked at me smiling.

He came over got and the car. We rode out with Brian following behind with his car to where I knew where they were going to me at. It was where Finix was always at. The church.

Once we got there, we hid until the right moment. I saw the others pull up, everyone was blocking the doors while Braga came in and talk to Father. After he got his blessings, father took the bag of money and walked out.

Brian came out with his gun, Dom, his shotgun, and me with my gun. Dom aimed his shotgun right behind his head.

"You're not forgiven." Dom said.

Braga looked at us. "Your gonna arrest me aquí adentro?" (In here)

"Yes we are?" I said as Dom pumped his shotgun.

Braga closed his eyes, he looked scared for once. I started smiling.

"But we're taking you back across the broader." Dom said then Brian came around putting his gun away to cuff Braga. Then he looked at Brian. "Finix is mine though." He said.

I cleared my throat. "No, he's ours." I said as I put my hand on Dom's shoulder.



We took him out of the church and put him in with Brian while me and Dom got into beast. As we drove away we saw, the back up following us. I looked over at Dom and he nodded. I shifted into gear and got behind Brian. As we got to the desert, Brian went a little faster. As cars were shooting at Brian, I saw Finix hit his own guy and flipped his car. I looked at Dom. Then I saw a truck jump over Brian missing him barley. I shifted again and hit the gas and hit him hard. Sending him flying.

As I was looking around I knew where I was. The tunnel.

I grabbed the radio. "Brian, use the tunnel straight ahead." I said as I got hit. "You b***h!"

I shifted again then grabbed Dom's shotgun and elbowed my window out and shoot out one of the cars tires that was next to me, sending him flying and Dom grabbed it back and done the same on the other side of me.

Then he grabbed the radio. "Get out of here Brian." Dom said.

I looked at Dom after he said that then looked at me.

"Ride or die?" He asked me.

He didn't have to ask me twice. I shifted into the next gear. "Ride or die baby. Forever and always." I said.

As Brian hit the fake wall, I went in after him. As I was following, me still getting hit by cars as I was following Finix. As I was watching where I was going in the tunnels, I got shot at from behind.

"Ah," I said. "You dirty bastard." I grabbed my same shoulder that I got shot at from earlier.

"Elena," Dom started to say.

"Don't, Dom." I said as I was going straight then went left at the last second making that car hit the middle.

As I shifted again I hit the gas to catch up with Brian. Only being behind him as hi and Finix were fight back and forth then I saw Brian spun out.

"Brian!" I yelled.

As I said that I got hit in the ass by a car. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw a board on me right. I hit it sending it flying hitting the car behind me then smashed into the pillar making all the other cars crash and flip over him.

"Ha! That's what you get bitches!" I yelled out.

I saw on the corner of my eye, Dom smiling.

As I shifted and hit the gas again, I finally caught up but only seeing Brian spinning out again then Finix hitting him out the fake wall making him roll. Until they stopped. Now you just pissed me off.

As I saw him kicking Brian after he had got out of his car, he saw me and started shooting at me. Well I shifted into the next gear, looked at Dom then back at Finix. I gun it making the car go on two wheels hitting Finix, smashing him into Brian's car.

I hit the steering wheel hard, blacking out for a moment. I heard the door on the right side open, Dom must have gotten out. I opened my door and fell out.

I started coughing from the dust and being in pain.



"Elena!" Brian called out.

"I'm fine!" I said as I leaned against the car holding my shoulder.

Brian helped me up with my good arm. Dom was looking over at Finix, somehow he was still alive but barley. As I walked over to him.

"Remember this face." I told him. "You killed my sister, I'm that b***h that was with her. You shot at me, you shouldn't have missed. You should have killed me." I said as I took out my gun out of my pants. "You done f****d up with the wrong family."

"Tu estupida perra!" He said then spit out the blood that was in his mouth. (You stupid ass b***h)

"Naw, I'm the bitch." I said then shot him in the head.

I looked over at Braga, as he tried to get away. I walked over to him and kicked him in the face. I've had enough of his ass too. I pointed my gun at him as well wanting to shoot him.

Then I heard the cops coming. I put my gun away, and leaned into Dom as they showed up.

When they pulled up, they grabbed Braga and put him in one of the cars.

"Well you guys caught Braga but made a hell of a mess so, I'm sorry." Sgt Tanner had said as he looked at me then at Dom.

"Wait, what do you mean?" I asked as two cops put their hands on Dom to arrest him. "Wait, we had a deal." I said as put my hand on one of the cops.

"Sorry Elena, the deal is off." Sgt Tanner said as he tried to pull me off of Dom.

With my good arm I held on to Dom as good as I could until Brian came over and grabbed me. I kissed Dom before they pulled him away.

"I love you Dom. Don't forget that baby." I told him through tears.

"I love you too, Elena." Dom said as the cuffed him.

After they took him away from me, Brian and I went home, by the help of Sgt Tanner loaning us a car.

The day of court, was even hurtful for me to watch, but I done it because I knew I wasn't gonna see Dom anymore. Mia sat next to me in tears as well, but she was being strong. Brian got up and left when the judge had said, "because you done one good thing doesn't help or count for all the wrong you have done". After they took him away, I had left. I couldn't do it anymore.

After I found where the bus was going after Dom left the jail, I made a plan. I grabbed Dom's keys to the car and his cross necklace, that I had token off for court and hung up on the mirror. I started her up and sat there thinking what or how we would do this.

Mia called up two of her friends to join us. As Brian got what we all needed, we rode out to where the bus was at. I rode in front, since this was my man.

Mia went to the right of the bus, I sped up and got in front of the bus and looked where Dom was at. Brian stayed on the left of it and Tego and Rico was in the back.

Ride or die, baby. And I meant that for the rest of my life.

So this chapter was a little crazy at the ending. But least they got who killed Letty though. But sad that they broke their deal about releasing or giving Dom his freedom if they brought in Braga.

What do you think of gonna happened next. Are they gonna break Dom out or what? What's Elena future gonna be like after pulling the biggest thing in her life.

I mean her and Dom had a code and she lived with that code since the day she met him.
