"She cried?" Lynch snapped.
"I've never seen her cry. I used to believe she never did that, like drama. She never does that too because it wasn't her mix." Mist concluded.
"She cried before, she didn't show it but her eyes were puffy." Cane chided.
"What made her cry?" Lynch asked.
"I think it was her mate." Cane concluded. "Maybe that's the time she discovered she was being fooled and used. We didn't have to guard her anymore, she stayed away from him on her own." He added.
"Yeah, I noticed that too." Lucas agreed. "When she knows it's bad for her, she doesn't need to be told. She knew what to do even though it was hard for her. She said mate bond was a different kind of torture."
