Chapter 2: The Edge of Reality

219 Words
After his intense and destructive journey in the first chapter, Victor tries to piece together the fragments of his life. Now, he finds himself on a fine line between reality and the memories that haunt him. Growing increasingly suspicious of his own sanity, he begins to question whether the clock truly has power or if it is all just an illusion created by his mind. In this chapter, the consequences of his actions begin to manifest relentlessly. Relationships he had managed to restore deteriorate, and the thin line between the present and memories blurs, leading Victor into situations where he no longer knows what is real. Victor will be confronted by forces that go beyond the clock: his own mind and the decisions he made. However, what he did not expect was the return of significant figures from his past, including his brother Gabriel and the enigmatic seller of the clock, bringing revelations that will change his perception of everything. Victor's true challenge will no longer be trying to change the past, but accepting the consequences of the present. The second chapter explores the weight of choices, the limits of what is real, and the inevitable cost of trying to control time. Victor will need to confront his own illusions to find a way out, if there is one.
