I call Nick back in here. Telling him he needs to get out to Clara's something about a girl coming to stay with her. She is to be doing work also that she is a human.

I want him to go over and get the whole story of why she coming. He is to remind Clara not to say anything about the pack.

"Yes Alpha I will grab Sara we will go over there."

Sara is Nicks's's mate they met two years ago at an Alpha ceremony they have been inseparable since.

I don't know what the fuss is all about finding your mate. I know they say having a Luna will make you pack stronger. But my pack is one of the biggest and strongest there is.

I have over a thousand pack members I run my pack just fine on my own. There are a lot of other packs who want an alliance with me but I don't take all the only ones that will prove to be a benefit to my pack.

I sit back in my chair rubbing my temples. Seth won't stop pacing in my head since I told Clara that girl can stay here he's been bugging me nonstop to find out more about her.

"Dude, she's human why do you care?"

It is not that I don't like humans. I'm just not very fond of them they sometimes prove to be more trouble than good.

He seems very curious about this girl maybe she is a threat that he's sensing it. Maybe I will take a trip out to check on the situation.

"Aright Seth let's go for a run maybe that will calm you down."

I can't get any work done with him carrying on in my head. Just as I'm about to get up I hear a knock on my door.

"Come in" I call out. My door opens it's none other than Melody.

"What do you need? Melody I'm on my way out.."

"Alpha you look stressed let me help you unwind a little"

She tries saying in a seductive voice swaying her hip as she stalks over to me. I just groan,

"Not now Melody I'm not in the mood.."

"Oh, but I can help you with that Alpha." She now made her way around my desk she is standing in front of my chair leans down starts to kiss my jawline while rubbing me through my pants. I grunt a little and put my head back she knows how to get me to give in. I grab her making her straddle me she instantly starts to grind on me.

I reach up and start to knead her breast a small moan escapes from her...

"Oh Alpha," she moans which only makes me get harder.

I get up causing her to stand, I spin her around bent her so she is face down on my desk pulling her dress up.

"This is what you came for?"

she bites her lip.

"Yes Please !!"

I unbuckle my pants letting myself loose I stand behind her and slam into her hard. She moaned calling my name. I block her voice out pounding her hard and fast... The Sooner I'm done with her the sooner she can get out...

Isabella

The week has gone faster than I thought. I've had to work hard at hiding my excitement I don't want him to notice a change.

It's already Friday tomorrow is the day. I can finally get away from this life. I'm currently cooking dinner he will be home in an hour and a half. I think back to earlier in the week on Tuesday I told him that Mandy called telling me about a person for the duke. How he will be leaving on Friday Mandy even called me Monday and talked for a while so he would see the number seeing how long the call lasted just to make it look good.

I told him the lady will be sending Mandy updates on him.

He just said whatever you feel like doing with him. I know he's never been a fan of Duke he's always said I spend more time with duke than him.

I couldn't understand how he could be jealous of an animal but apparently, he was.

Mandy told me not to pack anything. Cause he would notice clothes missing so she went out and bought me all new clothes so that way I wouldn't be recognized.

I'm finishing putting dinner out when I hear the front door open.

Chris is calling my name.

"I'm in the kitchen," I say softly he walks in looking around.

"Where's dinner?" he says to me.

"It's all done it's on the table here let's go sit down."

I follow behind him as he takes a seat.

I start to serve him his food. I can't help but smile to myself that this will be the last time I'm doing this...

After tomorrow no more chores, no more dinners, no more fetching his things for him...

I'm suddenly startled when I hear him. "What's got you so happy looking today?" "Oh no, he knows something going on come to Isabella think fast before he catches on."

I look down getting my nerves to settle I look up at him.

"I was just thinking of duke he left today. I was thinking of all our good times the things we've done as a team, How good he will be for this new lady." I say to him calmly as I can.

"Oh, you didn't want to go see him before he left?"

I just shook my head.

"No, I think it would be harder for me.."

He just nods his head and then starts to eat his dinner well hopefully I covered that well.

Chris

I know something is going on she has been very happy this week. I saw a little shine in her eyes she seems to be glowing a lot this week plus she keeps zoning out like she thinking of something.

Like tonight while she getting my plate ready she has this smile on her face. She seems to be talking to herself she is just shining. So with that, I asked her. ( What's got you so happy tonight huh?? )I see her pause she keeps looking down then I see her facial expression change. She lifts her head to start explaining about duke leaving ...

I thought it was odd when she said Mandy found someone for that horse. I was shocked to hear Isabella agreed to let him go she had been hanging on to him for two years now.

She just agreed for him to go somewhere away from her.

"Where's he going to again?" I ask.

She says somewhere outside of town not that far.

"Hmmm" is all I reply with.

I guess I'll do some checking to see if that's really where he went. Make sure Mandy isn't up to anything to get Isabella away from me.

I don't trust that girl I know she doesn't like me. I don't like her but she not taking her away from me...

She will have a fight she Doesn't want. Isabella knows I'll find her no matter where she tries to hide she knows the punishment she will get if she tries to run. But for now, I'll finish my food and then maybe have her as my dessert.....
