Lily's mouth fell open, disbelief written all over her face. “Mr..Mr Davis.” she stuttered, struggling to find the right words to say. Her lips quivered as her eyes darted around, taking in the expressions of everyone. They all had the look of awe on their faces, and Lily had never felt so proud.
This was something she had wished for. Getting a good role on her first trial was good for her reputation! Lily's lips curled up into a smile. Since she was given the role, she was definitely going to brag about it.
Lily directed her gaze to Amy who looked like she had just seen a ghost. Blood drained from her face, making her look pale and white. Lily flashed her a smile, a triumphant and proud one. Amy gritted her teeth in anger, stunned by how twisted the entertainment industry was.
