Jaxon arrived back in his pack house and he made his way inside. His mind kept thinking back to Cerise and the Alpha of the North pack. He was furious about the way the alpha was looking at her, and it really hurts his feelings even more about the fact that she’s living there with another man. He walked into the big living room area and ordered the pack members there to leave the room so he can be left alone for a while. He sat down on the couch with a heavy sigh and groaned in frustration. Just when he was pouring himself a drink, his wife Nora suddenly walks into the room. She waltz in with a smile and sat down next to him, placing her hand on his lap. She scooted closer to his side and wrapped her arm around his shoulders.
“Are you okay baby?” She purred into his ear.
