We were at the southern gate of the pack. Theo insisted that the girls and I travel in the Jeep. I didn’t like travelling in the vehicle. I preferred moving on my feet, in either my human or wolf form, but I gave in since Penelope too was travelling with us in the jeep.
Theo made sure the warriors were fully prepared for a sudden attack. Several warriors were in their wolf forms, while those who were in their human forms were equipped with guns loaded with silver bullets. I couldn’t help but admire how Theo addressed his soldiers.
