“A nobleman is arriving? Why wasn’t I informed?” Cecil quickly asked, since he was the butler of the household he had a certain need to know these things.
“Aw, don’t worry it’s not that important really… He’s an old friend of the Master’s, he comes here often unannounced, I’m more than certain even Samantha found out too late about this…” Beatrice explained her manner of speech so calm it was obvious she wasn’t worried at all about the sudden arrival of this nobleman.
“If it’s not that important why is Samantha jumping around the mansion like the rabbit from Alice in Wonderland?” Cecil questioned, it was quite a common occurrence to see Samantha rushing to places to get everything done but now it was on a new level. She looked truly in a hurry
