CHAPTER FOUR The oil slick stretched for hundreds of miles. Roger stood on the side of the Navy ship and looked out into the disaster, and the more he looked the worse it got. “We’ll never get this mess cleaned up,” he said to himself and turned away. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed a shape just under the water. He turned back to get a closer look and couldn’t believe what he saw. “Oh my god, how did anyone miss that?” he asked and ran to the edge. “Man overboard,” he screamed getting the attention of other people on the boat. The whole crew came to life making preparations for an extremely unlikely rescue mission none of them saw coming. The body, the only body they had found in this whole mess, broke through the oil.
