By ten, Abby was full and laughing away with Mr. Russo.
"So a baker?" Mr. Russo said.
"Yes, I know it's going to be a lot of work and stress, sleepless nights coming a head of me but I can feel like I can make it" Abby said.
"Your a strong child Abby, I will pray for you and when you open your bakery we will be your first costumer" Mr. Russo said.
"Thank you Mr. Russo. I should get home now and get some sleep" Abby said.
"Here left me put these in a to go for you, when you re-heat make sure its at 350 degrees and only for about five minuets" Mr. Russo said.
"Okay and when I start on baking in school, I will give you samples" Abby said.
"No problem, I will let one of my men drop you home. Ah I knew Arthur from the docks awhile back please give him this Bottle of fine Chianti" Mr. Russo said.
"I will thank you. And see you soon Mr. Russo" Abby said.
Mr. Russo nodded and help Abby into the ride, when she got back home she saw someone will two people on the steps.
"Abby" Gloria said.
"Hey oh, hey Emma. What are you two doing here?" Abby said.
"I been calling you for hours! Don't you ever answer your phone" Gloria said.
"Sorry, oh Emma I was just with your uncle so sweet, he brought me dinner will I tried all the food on menu" Abby said.
"Well let's get you inside you were supposed to rest" Gloria said
"The babies are fine, they were just craving Italian food and they loved it eating more and more" Abby said.
The three girls went inside the house.
"What you guys doing here anyways? It's a school night" Abby said.
"Well Emma wanted to see you, sorry I told her" Gloria said.
"It's fine, I mean people are going to see me around soon" Abby said.
"Well I should get going but I wanted to know if I can take you shopping on Saturday you know since I missed the baby shower and I would love to get the babies gift" Emma said.
"Sure, why don't we all go, I need to by some school supplies I was running out" Abby said.
"Okay, well get some sleep Abby see you Saturday" Gloria said.
Abby nodded she went inside as the girls left, she made her way up to the room taking a shower and got ready for bed.
-Time Skip-
Abby was looking at the clothes, she was buying more clothes this time winter clothes knowing it might be still winter in Jersey when the kids come so it was just in case.
"Did you get a bath tub for them those little ones?" Emma said to her.
Emma came along, she started texting Abby more about the kids and how they are doing and what not.
"Hey I was thinking we could do a first laugh party like if they all laugh or like a welcome home party for them" Gloria said.
"I like that idea" Emma said.
"That's a lot of parties for like every single thing, I mean by the time the kids are one they have a bunch of toys and clothes ore whatever they need" Abby said.
"Well we can always donate clothes and toys on what they don't use the orphanage always needs stuff" Emma said.
"That sounds like a good idea, Abby?" Gloria said.
Abby sigh out as she looks at Gloria and Emma.
"I am not cleaning up the mess and you guys will be planning everything, the only thing I will be doing party for is their Birthday nothing else of and the holidays" Abby said.
"Deal" Gloria and Emma said together.
They finished shopping, they drop Abby off back home as the other two went out. Gloria and Emma were outside the club.
"Are you sure this is a good idea, he's not here?" Gloria asked
"No, I don't know. We are just looking besides my uncle said he was visiting today so that means he'll probably stop by here" Emma said.
"Why are you scared of him?" Gloria asked
"I can't say" Emma said.
"Come on I told you about Abby and the babies" Gloria said
"You only told me because you want information on my cousin" Emma said.
"Ehhh, yes and no. One I so badly wanted to tell someone but you know Abby didn't want anybody to and second, yes I want information on him. Your Uncle like knows a lot of people in Jersey so I thought you might of heard of him, I just didn't know you would be related to him" Gloria said.
"Not close more like on his mom's side of the family, my mom married into the family" Emma said
"So, aren't you going to tell me?" Gloria said.
Emma, looked around she didn't know why it was just a habit of hers.
"Demetri well not just Demetri more like our whole family is in the Mafia" Emma said.
"WHAT!" Gloria yelled out.
"Shh, keep it down" Emma said.
"Sorry but Mafia are you serious?" Gloria said.
"Yeah, and to make it worst Demetri's family is the big boss, his grandfather well great, great, great grandfather is the one that started." Emma said.
"So your telling me that Demetri is the big boss?" Gloria said.
"Yes all over our family works for him, but if we don't want to go down that road then we can do something else well the woman in the family can but not the men they either work in the business or be disowned" Emma said.
"How many are their in Demetri's family?" Gloria asked
"Well there's Demetri he's the oldest, his brother Petrov whose his second in command, Aldo the third son and last one that is our age is Angelo. Petrov and Aldo are twins that's probably why Abby has twins" Emma said.
Gloria saw some moments at the club and nudge Emma as she looked over.
