Nadine Pov The soft morning light filtered through the curtains, casting a warm glow over the room. I stretched my arms above my head and winced as soreness radiated through my muscles. Slowly, I pushed myself up to sit in bed, rubbing my eyes as I tried to shake off the remnants of sleep. I turned to my left, expecting to see Edward's peaceful sleeping face beside me.
