“Are you guys sure that you’re okay keeping the pups tonight?” I nervously chewed my lips, staring at Bailey and Wes. There was a note on my desk about a bonfire that was being held tonight. I’d convinced myself that it was finally time to mingle with my pack members. I’m still not sure that I was up to it, but I can’t keep hiding. Bailey tilted her head, “Sis, we will be fine. Auntie B and Uncle Wes are going to take perfect care of these two. You, go enjoy yourself, and that’s an order.” My heart was racing, almost at a dizzying rate. It would be nice to get out and not worry about dragging the pups to this bonfire, where there would surely be plenty of alcohol and loud music. But am I really up for mingling with people yet? Brody promised to stay by my side the entire evening
