"Beep beep!" the loud sound of a beeping machine dragged me back to reality.
I fluttered my eyes open, looking around, and I was in the hospital. The queen was sitting by the bedside while aunt Melissa and mom sat on the couch discussing something.
"Mom?" I said my throat feeling dry and I let out a cough, the queen quickly place a straw over my lips and I sucked on it the cold water refreshing my throat.
"What's going on? When did you get here?" I asked looking at her.
"I will go call the doctor," she said and stood up leaving the room.
The queen helped me sit up, placing a pillow behind me making sure that I was comfortable.
"How are you feeling?" she asked as aunt Melissa came closer and stood near the bed.
"I feel fine, what's going on? Why am I in the hospital?" I asked my eyes
