I took a bath and dressed up in some casual clothes, the past few days I have been avoiding Shane, I was thinking about a way I could call out for help, I needed my parents to know where the hell I was, as much as I felt drawn to this place, I had a home.
I walked outside while looking around, everything about the place was amazing, the territory was twice the size of my territory, although the people were few here, they all looked strong and were very hard working.
"Stand up and do that again!" Shane's voice got my attention.
I quickly turned and followed it, I was lead to the training ground were he stood shirtless with one of his hand behind his back, a man was standing in front of him with a bleeding nose while the rest knelt on the ground watching.
I really wanted to continue my peaceful walk but I couldn't, my eyes were so fixed on Shane's body, I looked at his well defined back then smirked, the heavens must have put in extra work for him to have such a beautiful sculptured body, his muscles being the most attractive part that made my body feel lighter and my heart to beat quicker.
"I said attack me again!" He said deeply as the man stepped back in fear.
"She's...watching." a lady's voice whispered.
I quickly turned and noticed a few ladies behind me looking at Shane with admiration and desire.
I turned back and continued to look at Shane while I ignored my dragon who was lowly rumbling in anger.
"Oh, my gosh he's so hot." one whispered as I took in a deep breath to calm myself from lashing out at them.
"Hot! More than hot, I want to have his baby." the other answered loudly getting everyone's attention, I could feel my anger merging with my dragon's own as my breathing picked up.
"My dream is to be f****d by him." the same voice continued as I felt my claws lengthen.
Shane turned and looked at where I stood, he slowly approached us.
"We are lucky that he is Mateless." she whispered as I felt my control snap, I turned in nearly a spin, but before I could s*******r her, strong hands went around my waist instantly stopping me, by the tingles I felt I knew who it was even without seeing the face.
"Let go, Shane, they have to learn to keep their rotten mouths shut!" I screamed out angrily as the ladies gasped.
Obviously, they were shocked by how I had called their leader by his given name without an ounce of respect.
"Aurora calm down." he said loudly as I faced him angrily.
"You are really enjoying this aren't you?" I asked with a glare.
"No, the ladies are strictly forbidden to come here or watch the men as they train, this is the first time that they are disobeying my orders, obviously they got their courage to disobeyed me when they saw you watching and I let you." he answered seriously.
"I don't care about that! Did you see how these freaks were looking at you! And what they were saying!" I yelled.
"Yes I did, their words meant nothing to me." he answered lowly.
I angrily looked away and faced the other side.
"Aurora, a lot of ladies will say s**t like they did today, you have to just learn to keep calm and let it go." he said as I bite my lower lip, tears were beginning to swell in my eyes.
Is this what usually went on, in the past years I was away? While I sat in my room punishing and hating myself for losing him, was he having fun and enjoying the women's company day by day.
"Aurora look at me." he whispered lowly.
I didn't want to, but my dragon was so drawn to his soft voice and so it made me look, His face looked tired but his expression was soft.
"Wh..at?" I asked with a cracking voice.
"I am yours, I only belong to you and no one else." he said loudly as the ladies gasped.
"So you should never ever feel like you should compete with them to get my attention, every girl or lady in here is more like my biological sister, only you are different, you are my future wife and you are my bond, also my first love." he whispered as a low purring rumble came from my dragon.
The fact that he was confessing and acknowledging us in front of everyone made me so happy, my heart was beating crazily and I smiled widely like a fool, I lifted my hand and caressed his cheek while gazing into his eyes lovingly.
I was wrong, maybe he too went through a lot of sad days alone, there was no need to act stubborn and hold in the way I felt, I too needed to confess the way I felt for him.
"Shane, I really love yo......
"What a load of lies, if every lady here is more like your biological sister then why do we usually have s*x, why did you promise to make me your female leader!" A voice yelled from behind.
"Shut your damn mouth Anita" Shane growled threateningly.
I looked at him in shock, why the hell wasn't he denying it?
"I can't shut up and let you deceive that poor girl, look at her, she has obviously saved herself for you, she's too naive and innocent, a girl like her can never be a female leader, Shane tell her already, you f****d me and whispered loving words in my ear because I was satisfying you." she said loudly.
"Shut your f*****g mouth." he spat lowly while looking at me sadly.
"Fine, I challenge your so-called bond to a fight, the winner will have you." she said as my lips quivered.
"Babe listen." he whispered lowly.
"Did you or did you not do that with her? just be honest with me Shane, at least do it for the old me and you." I whispered with blurred eyes filled with tears.
He looked at the ground then slowly let go of me.
"I did." he answered as I faced the sky in anger then sniffed.
"You have lost every little love and respect I had for you." I whispered as tears rolled on my cheeks.
I slowly turned and began to walk away, I was about to pass the lady when she held my hand roughly.
"You can never satisfy a real man like Shane, so run along little girl." she whispered as I lifted my hand and sliced her throat with my claws, as the ladies screamed I stood watching while a lot of blood came out of her throat.
"Now to make sure you never ever spit s**t again." I whispered as I allowed my dragon to take full control.
She gladly took over and thrust her hand in her chest ripping her heart out, killing was part of my life and instinct.
She pulled back and gave me control, I threw the heart down and walked away, light footsteps were following me as I walked towards the forest.
"Aurora, where are you going?" Shane asked.
"I'm going back to my parents." I answered angrily.
"Let's talk about this please." he whispered as he held my hand.
I turned and slapped his face hard, he didn't move or flinch.
"Shane, how could you betray me like this? While I kept myself locked up in my room you were busy f*****g around, I blamed myself every day for letting my Dads kick you out, I even hated Marko for doing that to my young self, I prayed for your safety every day to the heavens without fail, I saved myself for you while I tortured my body with hunger, my dragon was shut out for years, although she is now free, she can't talk to me Shane because she is a f*****g mute, and it's all because Of you." I screamed in tears.
"Are you going to forcefully keep me here or will you let me leave?" I asked while I sobbed.
"I won't forcefully keep you here, I am just asking you to not leave me Aurora." he pleaded in a whisper.
"Bye Shane." I answered then turned and slowly walked away.
each step I took was becoming painful and my heart was aching.
My dragon was furious but she wasn't ready to leave her bond behind.
The more I walked the more painful it became to breathe, I felt my throat close up as I coughed, the ache in my heart grew stronger and my knees gave out, I fell on the ground as I tried to breathe properly, my vision was becoming darker and my hearing dimming.
"Aurora!"
Was the last word I heard before darkness consumed me.
