Chapter 2 - Two Million

{Rina's Pov}
"Excuse me Sir!
I shouted as I ran after the car as fast as I could, but the car was really too fast. I couldn't catch up with it. I took a cab and jumped in.
"Follow that car."
The cab driver tried his best and he drove crazily until we caught up with the car. The cab crossed the expensive car and I could only pray it doesn't hit it. I can't afford to add another debt to the huge ones already on my shoulders.
"What the hell?! The driver of the car got out and was cursing at us. I looked at the man and he wasn't the one I saw earlier.
I went to the car and I saw the other man sitting peacefully inside the car. I left the cab driver to handle the other driver and I went to the car window. I knocked on the window and the window came down.
The face of the man in the car came to view and I couldn't help but gulp. He looked really handsome and his smile was a killer as he looked at me and smiled. "How may I help you Miss?
"I...Uh actually...I...
"Huh? The man asked, and he looked strangely at me.
He must think I am crazy, because he squinted his eyes as he looked at me.
"Oh God. Why the hell am I stuttering?
"Miss, I think you got the wrong person." The man said and was about to roll up the window. I stopped the window with my hands and I shook my head frantically.
"No, you are the one I want!
"What? The Man asked again and this time I could tell from his gaze that he sees me as a crazy woman.
"No... No." I waved my hand in dismissal.
"That is not what I meant. I actually heard you talking about a woman." I said as I noticed the driver getting in the car. He ignited the engine and the car kicked off.
I ran after the car again. Hitting the car and shouting at the top of my lungs. "Please wait Sir."
"Sir! Please wait." I cried as the car sped off.
I fell to my knees and cried as I watch the car drive away. "There goes my Hope."
I stayed there with no strength to even get up when I suddenly noticed the car coming back. I rubbed my eyes to make sure I wasn't dreaming. The car parked beside me and the man came out. He walked towards me and squatted before me.
"What is the problem Miss?
I raised my head to look at him and my heart suddenly became hopeful, seeing his face. "I heard you say you needed a woman to....
"Oh." The man said, cutting into my words.
"Did you run after the car just for that? He asked and his eyes checked me out.
"I can do it." I said decisively.
"Do you even know why I needed someone? He asked again with a raised brow.
"I don't know, but I can do it no matter what it is."
The Man looked at me and smirked. "How old are you?
"Huh? I asked wondering what my age got to do with him needing a woman. Then, it dawned on me that he probably wants one he could spend some time with.
Well I don't mind that as long as he can give me half a million dollars.
"I'm Twenty one years old Sir." I replied and he nodded in satisfaction. He was about to say something but I cut in with my question.
"Can you pay me half a million?
I asked, because I have to know first before I get into it. If I can get the amount needed to save my Papa then I would gladly give my soul to him if he demands for it.
The Man looked at me and smirked. "I will pay you two million if you can do what I ask."
"What? Two million?
My eyes widened and I became dumb from shock. I couldn't even utter a word. I was staring like I just saw god in the body of a Human.
"Gosh! He will pay me Two Million?
I don't give a f**k what he asks me to do, as long as it is legit.
"I will do whatever you ask." I said with Surety.
"Are you sure? The man asked again as his eyes scanned me thoroughly.
"As long as it is legit, count me in." I undoubtedly stated.
"What is your name?
"Katherina," I said with a forced Smile.
"Katherina? The Man looked at me again and I nodded.
"My name is Katherina Hayes."
"Okay then, Miss Hayes." the man nodded and he asked me to get in the car.
I got into the car and he took me a Restaurant. I looked around and noticed that we were in a restaurant and I wondered why.
Shouldn't he take me to an hotel instead?
"Uh...Why have we come here? I asked and he smiled.
"Don't worry Miss Hayes. What I want you to do can be done here."
What? It can be done here?
"What about all these people? I asked and he shrugged.
"They can't disturb us. We have all the privacy we want in here."
I gulped hearing him say that and the door to the private booth suddenly opened and a Man came in. "Mr. Tony, this is it." The man said handing him a booklet.
I look from one Man to the other and only then did I realize that I didn't even know the name of the Man sitting before me. I waited until the other man was gone before I asked him.
"I'm sorry for my behavior earlier Sir, I didn't even ask for your name."
"Oh that's not necessary, Just call me Tony."
I nodded but I know I wouldn't dare call him that. I was about to ask him when to begin when I heard him say, "Send me your account details Miss Hayes."
