Chapter 87: Companions

'Lady Isabella... I'm afraid your person that you have entangled with is the real deal... he has too many secrets, he might even come from outside the continent if Eden..!' Theodor was scared of Nyx's origin.

"Hmm... the elves though, I can't treat them harshly even if I put them in the beast bag they might be afraid of the dragons..." Nyx didn't have a choice.

"Hey Bliss what do you think is faster? A dragon or ground dragons as a mount for us all to travel?" Nyx casually asked.

"What.??!" Theodor and Rondel were speechless.

"What..? But if your serious then... a ground dragon is only fast if it burrows under the ground but still it's speed is still a lot slower than real dragons that had wings..." Bliss said while looking so serious.

"Don't tell me that... you want to use a dragon for transportation?" Bliss said.

"Yeah, let's use the green dragon as it is matured and has a bigger body... we can then mount a carriage on it's top so the elves don't fall off" Nyx said while smirking.

"The green dragon??! But I heard he is much more ferocious than even the half wyvern dragon... wyverns are creatures that are much more prideful than dragons as they had dragon blood in them which make them think they are even higher than dragons but in reality they don't stand a chance at all... and I heard that the cages are made from mythril iron and was even enchanted but that green dragon managed to bend it after each time the people here give it it's meals..!" Bliss warned Nyx.

"What's the use of being fierce... after all, there are clouds above clouds..." Nyx smirked and summoned the cage deep within his soul in the Four mystical island that became a soul artifact into Nyx's dantian.

The natives in the four mystical island was guarding the cages if anything happened and Tian Xian was of course notified by Nyx

After a while a giant twenty meters cage was dragged into the air by a strong suction force and the tribes men hurriedly and sent a message to their leader Tian Xian.

"Chieftain... it seems a cage was sucked to the sky and dissapeared..." A tribe leader said.

"No worries, my master just took it out... and soon wel will also be able to get out" Tian Xian happily said.

"What..?! Where did such a large... cage... suddenly- A dragon..?!" A person in the back ground said.

"How... were you able to do that Nyx..?" Bliss asked.

"Just treat it as me having a much more advance space treasure that can hide living things" Nyx said to Bliss, while Rondel and Theodor was utterly speechless and was immediately stunned by the dragon fear the dragon emitted.

"Now we just need to tame this beast..." Nyx opened the door in the cage and enter it before Bliss could react Nyx was already inside the cage.

"Sir Nyx..! That is too dangerous even for you!" Bliss tried to enter the cage but failed as Nyx locked it with his mana.

The dragon then snapped his ferocious fangs towards Nyx but to it's surprise Nyx suddenly dissappeared meanwhile Rondel and Theodor was speechless they were scared in the moment that the giant green dragon suddenly came into their vission nd Nyx dissappeared Bliss couldn't couldn't see it clearly but she saw Nyx dodge that attack and seemed to have jump

Bliss then took a step back and saw Nyx had a magic circle in his hand that felt very familiar it felt that it was an enslavement magic, but Bliss doubt that it would work but she didn't know that Nyx learned beast taming skills in his past life that he only needs to overpower the other targets soul power and with the enslavement magic he can easily subdue the dragons will and using spirit supressing array with Nyx's blood he can form a pact and tame the green dragon.

Nyx then slammed his hand and the head of the green dragon smashed to the floor of the sturdy mithril cage and broke it to pieces but this all happened in only a second and Bliss couldn't see wht Nyx did but Nyx made the dragons head six feet under the ground and the hard sturdy rock floor in the auction house was smashed to pieces and the dragons teeth was scattered around and a enslavement mark appeared on it's neck and Nyx bit his thumb and drop it on the enslavement mark and soon a red light came to be and a b****y mark appeared on the dragon scales and the mark carve it's way to it's flesh making the dragon cry in agony.

It didn't even had the time to cry when it was smashed to the ground by Nyx but he was surprised how could a human easily carve a magic circle and even use enslavement magic on him a dragon.

"Grrrr..." The green dragon fiercely tried to stood up and used his long claws to hold the ground and pull up his head.

Meanwhile the green dragons neck was bleeding it somewhat felt that the numbing lightning arcs across his body was gone but his soul was yet to stabilize, it immediately took a look towards Nyx in his left side and tried to chomp him in one bite, but as soon as the green dragon looked at Nyx

Nyx released his killing intent, with an ominous aura the entire auction house workers suddenly felt a sharp cold pain in their back and saw a very dark b****y aura coming from Nyx, some was working on the cariage that will carry the elven slaves and Nyx requested to make a giant strap under the carriage and take out the wheels from the carriage so he can mount it on a dragon, the workers were laughing at first at how Nyx wanted to use a mature Green dragon as a mount even Dracnia Slayer who captured the green dragon and the other dragons that was with him wasn't able to tame them and barely manged to capture them using his legendary relic from the ancient heroes, but today they saw the Green dragon cower in fear and took a step back as it's head bowed down to Nyx and it's tail was under his feet this was a legendary moment in history, Nyx was the second one to defeat the pride of a dragon other than the Pendragon ancestor.

*Roar~* The Green dragon roared in a very low tone as it looked at Nyx in his eyes.

It felt very suffocated as it was directly attacked by Nyx's countless years of killing intent accumolation the green dragon felt it's knees gave up and saw Nyx as a predator rather than a lowly being.

"There, there... good boy..." Nyx then touched the green dragons mouth as it was slightly injured and used his healing spell and soon a green magic circle appeared and the dragons teeth that was broken immediately grew back up and his neck that was burned by the enslavement magic was healed and it's shiny green scales grew back up.

"Master..." A deep voice sounded in the cage, Nyx was suprised this dragon can actually speak the human language.

"You can speak?" Nyx asked, while Bliss was completely on the ground with her knees when Nyx released his killing intent Bliss was too close in the cage and her knees gave up before she knew it.

"...Yes" The green dragon closed it's eyes and replied to Nyx.

"Then why didn't you speak earlier so we can negotiate..?" Nyx asked annoyedly to the green dragon and it's gaze suddenlt diverted and panicked.

"Ahh..! That is because... humans are too weak but master isn't! If we casually speak they would just run off..." The green dragin said.

"Stop with that, let's go back to the villge first then you will know why I bought you... but before that can you mount a carriage on your back..?" Nyx asked seriously.

"Hai..?" The green dragon didn't dare to defy Nyx but answered dumbly.

'How did I get this low..?' The green dragon asked as humans were fscinated by it's glorious race a dragon and it was now being mounted with a carriage by lowly humans.

"Sir, here are the elves their original belongings where given to them their dresses and even their weapons but we still put back the hundred iron clamping hand cuffs on them so they can't resist" The auction owner politely said to Nyx and bowed down before leaving and handing the elves.

"You guys seems to be fine" Nyx said and looked at them, this time the elves had a blonde hair and one of them even radiated a strong mana fluctuation.

"Nyx, don't treat them like any normal elves they are royalty... Princess Althea is the one who is wearing the wyvern leather armor the one with the shiny red dress, elves have a very light dress as it is designed to help them in combat and not some flashy dresses but a Princess like Althea is an exception as a royalty her dress is made out of wyvern hide which had scales as tough as a reinforced black iron, anyway what I'm trying to say is this elves are from a noble bloodline and all of them are of royalty status just like Princess Althea but the rest of them arw subsidary of the Ender Royal family in the Great Northen forest..." Bliss whispered to Nyx.

The elves were surprised and looked at each other, then something unexpected happened.

"For the glory of the Elven race!" A elf suddenly jump from their line an draw her bow towards Nyx and enchanted magic onto the arrow and the arrow started to have a golden light with a wind magic in it

The elf then released the said arrow and it's speed was shocking Bliss tried to block it but the wind magic made it so it can be manipulated in the air and the wind magic made it swifter that even Bliss who was a Grandmaster was slower than the arrow and hit Nyx but.

"Hey, hey... why don't you listen to me first-" Boom, with a boom the golden arrow in Nyx's hands suddenly glow up and blow Bliss was caught up and was too late to use her sword aura and the people in the auction house started to evacuate and screem as even Bliss was blown up.

"Princess! Hurry and leave ride the dragon, talk to him with your talent and go back to the kingdom of elves..." The elf that fired the arrow with.

Soon other elves started to draw their bow.

The elves then fired the same arrows to Nyx but this time the power was much stronger and pierced the black stone floor of the auction house and broke it like nothing, each arrow at least weighted a ton and broke the floor like little pieces of mirror.

"Even that Green dragon would be pierced to death with the Arrow of glory"

The elf princess Althea ran afterwards and one of the elves made sure to guard her and came with her.

"Princess ride on the dragon" A golden haur elf with a busty bossom said and had a blue eyes but her hair was curled into a pony tail.

"Wait let me try, Oh dragon... please grant me my wish of riding you, then I will set you free from this misery" Princess Althea said as she took off her red hood and extended her hands to the green dragon, Althea had a very charming look but her chest was not the best amongst the elves but her golden hair was much more silkier than the others and her eyes were deep blue like the ocean.

"Hmph, flat chested!" A ryde voice suddenly sounded.

"Huh..?" Althea was dumbfounded.

"W-who dares say such things..?!!" The elf besidea Althea said in anger.

Althea was suddenly embarrassed.

"It's me you dumb elves..." The green dragon then released his dragon fear and Althea and the other elf instantly got weak knees and knelt to the ground.

"Y-you dare to make a royalty like princess Althea kneel... your just a young dragon!" The guard elf said as she struggled to stand up.

"Oh..? Then are you worthy of me? Are the two of you half the strength of my master?" The green dragon looked at them and made his head get closer to the guard elf and blowed a hot air from it's nose.

The elf felt instant fear as a dragon talked down to her, meanwhile Althea think this was a bad idea from the start.

"F-forgive for our rudeness Great green dragon..." Althea asked for forgiveness and the green dragon then released them from his dragon fear.

"Look, your companions might be in danger" The green dragon pointed his giant claw and finger towards the elves.

"What..?" Althea said.

'How could a human ever defeat an elf..?!' The guard elf think to herself.

"Ughh... you guys are so fierce..!" Nyx said while having a mocking tone.

"I-impossible!"

"How can a human..!"

"Don't fear sister's, this human must have used his tricks to survive that barraged of arrows..!"

The elf panicked as they saw the arrows only lightly injured Nyx's skin and barely even got to his flesh but Nyx had blood all over his body and his feet was sunk in the debri of broken stone as his clothes was tattered to pieces.

"Let's stop it at that..." Nyx then took a step forward and suddenly dissappeared from the elve's eyesight and the arrows were left floating in the air and it slowly fell down one by one the elves suddenlt fell to the ground and they saw Nyx was knocking them down in one hit by hitting their pressure points.

"W-what speed!" The elves then fired magic and arrows to Nyx but before they could hit him but one elf had an idea.

"Sisters! Watch out!" An elf used a basic spell and made it bigger, a giant flame was suddenly summoned in the air as magic circles started to appear the other elves immediately get the idea and enforced more magic on it and the giant fire ball turned into a ball as huge as a four story house and the magic in it was enough to counter a dragons breath.

"Have a taste of this!" The elf on the bottom had her dress slightly burned but she still fired the giant fire ball towards Nyx.

"Heh..! What an intense fight, as expected of the elven race, but such a shame... such an attack will only make my body cultuvation stronger... the requirements for the silver body is a flame that can temper the bronze body and I have feed many rare ores and refined them on my bronze body now it only needs heat..!" Nyx then dove right in the giant fire ball.

"Heh! Your done for human!" The elf who fired the giant fire ball laughed.

The other elves then catched the falling elf who used all her magic to fire that giant fire ball, after the giant fire ball hit Nyx it stopped in the air as if it was being controlled, that is because Nyx freezed the space around the giant fire ball and he is refining his body and the huge fire energy in the fire ball was being sucked in into the dantian of Nyx and inside his meridians was slowly being refined into a stronger one from the inside to the outside it radiated a bronze color and soon it slowly faded and the giant fireball seemed to have gotten comparably smaller and Nyx's body has almost completely been refined and his bronze body now had a silvery glow the hot flame that seemed to have scorched his skin earlier had already regenerated and when the silver body was almosr finished the remaining fiery energy became it's nourishment and completely refined his body.

*Vwoom*

A silver glow then radiated inside the depleting giant fire ball and Nyx hurriedly and got clothes from his storage ring and it was made from the ten thousand immortal worlds and looked like an ancient chinese warrior's dress, Nyx panicked because his clothes got burned off and the last remaining fire ball if about to be absorb by him

Then about a few seconds later the fire completly dried out and the silvery glow also finished and Nyx fell down from his suspended form in the air and smashed to the hot rocky surface of the auction house floor.

"N-Nyx..?" Bliss asked to herself.

"Is sir Nyx okay?" Rondel hurriedly ran together with Theodor and asked Bliss.

"I don't know... the mana fluctuation is too much I can't properly sense him but he seems to have stopped that giant fireball to himself, he should be okay..." Bliss said to Rondel.

"What?! He managed to stop an attack like that?!" Rondel was shocked and shouted meanwhile Theodor can't believe it himself too a human can easily contend to an elf.

After a while Nyx stood up from the messy ground he smashed in, and his clothes was fine but noticed that it was actually clothe made from a Ten thousand year old blood fang spider's silk which can be easily transformed to the desired size to one's body just by using mana and Nyx was happy that he didn't fall to ground butt n***d.

"Hoo... Now it seems everyone's done?" Nyx the leaped from the rubbles and the rubbles flew away with his amazing power and speed the elves tried to defend using a magic barried but it suddenly shattered into pieces and soon one of the remaining seven elves lost consciousness and one by one all of the other five lost their consciousness by Nyx

Now only one remained, the lasr elf casted a magic to herself and her pupil started to glow a golden light and saw Nyx moved but it was still to fast even with her pupil magic, she then saw a glimpse of Nyx going to her back side and she immediately defended using her golden skeleton bow but when Nyx attack and hit her bow it actually shattered to pieces.

'How..? This is made from a wyvern bone... strong enough that even adamantite swords can't easily destroy this wyvern bow...' The last elf saw only death on Nyx's fingers and lost her consciousness.

After that the elves once again woke up but this time they were outside and there was a camp fire and the huge green dragon seemed to be sleeping, they were confused about what happened just now they seemed to be in a middle of a forest.

"Princess!" An elf woke up and shouted.

"It's alright I'm okay..." Princess Althea then slowly came to the confused elves.

"Princess what happened..?" The elves asked.

"Yeah what happened..?"

"It seems I... no, we have fallen asleep..."

"What an embarrassment we are, falling asleep during guarding the princess! this is the greatest shame my life!" An elf said.

"Uhh... about that, we misunderstood Nyx... he just wanted us to follow him to the Grannar village where there are other elves like us, he said his master wanted to recruit us and it's apparently in us if we want to" Althea seriously said to the group of elves.

"What could a human ever give us in order to recruit us..." An elf said arrogantly.

"He is not a human" Altea said while trembling a little.

"W-what..?" The arrogant elf said.

"He's a god" Nyx then walked towards the elves.

"A god..?!" Elves started to murmur.

"How can you possibly make such a joke human" The arrogant elf with a beautiful face said.

"That's on you, but could you think a normal human can subdue a dragon? Or could it be a teaching from a higher being" Nyx said.

'Well, altough that higher being is me and my soul clone... but my soul clone can't possibly be there forever trying to cover for me' Nyx thought to himself.

"Then how about this, wait till tomorrow and well set out we will only take half a day to travel to the primeval forest to reach the Grannar village" Nyx suggested.

"Selene, I think we should go and see if we have sister's in the Grannar village... maybe Nyx's master can help us" Althea said to Selene which was the leader of her Knight's guard.

"Sigh... then we'll wait, but I don't think a human should be easily trusted..." Selene looked at Nyx with fierce eyes and he just laughed it of thinking it was too cute.

Nyx said and got back to their own camp where Bliss, Rondel and Theodor at and the Green dragon was guarding the elves, the elves level are master at most and Selene is almot at the Grandmaster level and elves are both good at Archery and Swordsmanship but it don't stop their everyone of them are also capable at magic and they are all at the fifth circle level in magic.

"Nyx... is it really alright for us to come to the Grannar village? Now that I know that your master is a god... it all makes sense that how can your swordsmanship be so good and you are already so strong at a young age and all... but is it really okay to go to the village like this?" Bliss asked nervously, as now she finally knew who his master was.

"Well yeah, Bliss come with me..." Nyx wanted to tell Bliss an excuse and use her to his advantage.

'I can use this chance so that in the future I can freely do as I wish... if I get rid of my "Master" which is my soul clone... then I can inherit his power which was mine then I can easily get the Grannar village and it's people to believe in me by saying that my master is dying as he only has a remnant of his soul... hehehe and Bliss who is a well known Grandmaster is the perfect person so the people will believe in it and buy it!'

"Nyx? Why are we going further from the camp..." Bliss asked nervously.

"My master is dying... and he is rushing me to get stronger, but in order to do that I need people that I can trust in the ranks besides my master's disciples... what I'm about to tell you will decide the future of humanity" Nyx seriously said.

"W-what..? Not only is your master dying but there is even a bigger secret..?" Bliss was shocked that a god could die.

"My master is a god, but it isn't like he is truly immortal... right now he is already dead, and only a remnant of his soul remains but because of this it allowed him to live longer and find a disciple he can trust to inherit his power and you know that every god has an apostle... and I was his apostle while he has three other disciples so I can have a people that I can trust my life with... because a war is about to come and from the looks of it the Kingdom of Sloth has already been infiltrated by them, and the Kingdom is hiding a strong demon that has attacked the village twice in the first attack my master has rescued a beast girl that they were trying to kidnap and the one who is responsible of them seems to be a noble man from the Kingdom of Sloth, and the three of them were demons that were corroded by the demonic power that demon posses... think about it like this, what is most of the nobles and prestigious warrior are now a demon in hiding and when the time comes that the demon leader decided to attack them army of demons coming from inside each Kingdoms suddenly arise and flood the Kingdom and take over it's reigns then... the human empire would be gone in an instant Bliss..!" Nyx serious said to Bliss.

'Well this is just my conclusion... so maybe she can believe in it, please belive in my nonesense..! I just want to have more freedom!' Nyx begged Bliss to catch onto the bait.

"A war..? Hmm, I have also noticed that there are cases of lower level demons appearing the City's even though we have a human border guarded twenty-four seven but somehow demons keep appearing slowly in each city's... this could be linked... I didn't think it would have such a deep secret like this... then does that mean that each King jas betrayed the humanity?" Bliss asked Nyx.

"Uhh... that we still don't know, but we have a plan to stop all this... we find and kill that one single demon and all of this will easily be stopped but it is still impossible even for me, that demon is quite strong... it... it even killed my mom..." Nyx suddenly remembered how her mother died at his arms.

"Your mom died by that... demon..?" Bliss asked, Nyx nodded and Bliss saw his sadness and sorrow, losing one's love one is very sad and it must have been the fuel which made Nyx strive to get stronger.

"Sister's wake up! The sun has already shone, princess Althea ordered us to go to the Grannar village and see it's situation" Selene ordered the elves and immediately one after another they woke up and form a circle around Althea.

"Nyx, I want to see your village" Bliss said.

"Well yeah, we'll get their after afternoon arrive with the green dragon... now everyone, Rondel and the old man ride on the steel wing you'll arrive their faster than us, we need to go slowly for the carriage to be stable and not fall to the ground" Nyx ordered them.

Nyx had help Rondel tame the steel wing by putting an enslavement mark on it so Rondel can easily ride on it but Nyx warned him that he should make a bond with it in order for him and the steel wing to have a bond as strong as a steel.

The old man Theodor was respectful of Nyx even though Nyx was quite rude to him always calling him old man, Theodor and Rondel rode on the steel wing and and flew as it flap it's wings and the.
