The next morning, we woke up, an almost somber feeling amongst us. Now that my mates were no longer worried that my life was at risk and they were satisfied that I was in fact unharmed, I think that the fact that we had already lost the demons and golems to the evil was settling in. Maybe it would not feel as bad if we had some reassurance that the other races were on our side, then things wouldn't feel so completely and utterly f****d.  We got up, showered and dressed, not bothering with our institute attire given that we would not be going to classes. I never thought that I would long for an hour of Mirovi giving me s**t eye the way I did right now. What if the next faction we went to was taken over as well? What if we were too late and Asloxorth had already managed to recruit them all
