Chapter 6Frankie starts leaving his phone on the coffee table all the time whenever he’s home. It just lays there, screen up, showing previews of every message, every email. Hiding nothing. It’s disconcerting.
His phone used to be glued to his hand. Not in a rude way; over the years, he’s learned to pay constant attention to it without making anyone feel like he’s ignoring them.
