“Well, that was an exciting day,” I said with a grin as I stretched. It was fun helping out with the scrolls, and from what I heard throughout the conversation, a lot of what I helped decipher were plans to help build things that’ll help around the kingdoms. I guess this was how they were slowly rebuilding the world from nothing. They were deciphering the scrolls that showed them how things were put together, how things were made, and they’ve been slowly but surely rebuilding society the best they could from the rubble. I thought it was amazing everything they'd been accomplishing, and I didn’t mind helping out.
‘What are you doing?’ Luke asked me as I sat down at the coffee table with a pad of paper and a pencil.
I grinned, giving a soft shrug as I started to write a letter.
