We spent the day having fun and talking about Gerald's day. He went to explore the town with Jace, and he really seemed to enjoy Jace's company, which is good. That means that we could entrust Gerald to Jace more and that we won't have to worry about him being safe or whatever because Jace would be there to protect him no matter what, and I would be able to protect Logan if anything happens to either of us.
