His Hybrid Alpha

Noah is the son of the Lycan royalities: Damien and Nina. Since Nina used to be human a long time ago, Noah turned out to be a hybrid. A half human, half wolf hybrid. His life has already been decided the moment he was born, so the king and queen decided to keep what he really is a secret. Noah was never told what he was because his parents feared that he might accidentally tell someone, putting his life at risk. Hybrids were known as violent creatures, that's why once people found out that a hybrid lived among them, they showed no mercy and ruthlessly killed the hybrids. The king and queen never wanted the same fate for their son, knowing that there were still wolves out there who thought that hybrids were dangerous. However, in the years that Noah was brought up, he never once acted violent towards anything or anyone. Since he is in fact half wolf, Noah possesses some of the werewolf's abilities. He is strong, fast, and has a great sense of sight, hearing, and smell. Despite having some of the abilities, Noah doesn't have his own wolf, but Noah has stopped aging at 23, the same age as Damien had stopped aging. 3 years have passed since Noah had stopped aging, and he is living his life normally. He is a psychology graduate, and he even passed his board exams on the first try. He is now a practicing doctor of psychology and he is known to be one the best doctors in town. Since Noah has been on demand with a lot of hospitals, he hasn't found the time to come home to Damien and Nina. He always stayed near the hospital he was working at, because sometimes he would get calls in the middle of the night saying that they have an emergency patient, and it would be hard for him if he still went all the way home. Damien and Nina understood why he had to stay out but that hasn't stopped them from missing Noah. He's also been doing this since he was 22, so 4 years of experience already. So far, it had been extremely stressful for Noah to handle everything by himself. A fellow doctor in the hospital he was currently working in suggested that maybe he should start considering to hire as his secretary or personal assistant. In that way, he could remove a couple of workloads out from his table. "Hiring a personal assistant? That would mean that I might have somebody with me 24/7 even at the house I'm staying at. I'm not so sure if I'm in to that kind of arrangement." Noah said. "I know. You and your whole cold demeanor. You're probably just going to scare the poor kid away." Eli, his coworker, teased. "Shut up. I'll think about it." Noah said "Nobody is really forcing you to make a decision now. If you really would prefer to work alone, then that's fine. Just a reminder that you still are allowed to set your boundaries with your personal assistant." Eli said. "I know that, man. I'll think about it. Thanks for the suggestion." Noah said. A week has passed and Noah finally came to a decision to hire his own personal assistant. Thinking about it, the longer he stayed in his line of work, the more he'll get demanded from everywhere. The cases he'll be handling won't be about the typical clinical depression or anxiety, or even basic psychological disorders. He might not be able to handle all the work load, and the fact that a personal assistant may do him good in the long run. He immediately got to work and posted this on multiple job listing websites. He obviously included what he requires, and that this job may be a 24/7 thing. A lot of responses immediately flew in his notifcations. There were hundreds of responses, people were in fact interested in working for Noah. Who wouldn't be? He's a handsome, well known doctor. He ccould be arrogant and self-absorbed at times but I guess people didn't mind that. The fact that people would have his name on their resume could already open hundreds of opportunities for them. Noah started scrolling through the replies and read their resumes. Of course, there would also be a lot of people who would apply even if they're not qualified just to get close to him. He rolled his eyes at the thought. "They're just wasting my time. Instead of being able to find someone, I have to go through all of these trash resumes." he quietly said. A knock came through his office door. "Come in." he said. One of the nurses peeked her head through the door and apologized for the intrusion. "Doc, someone's here to see you." she said. "I'm not taking visitors." he grumbled. "He's actually here for the interview. You posted a job application and I'm guessing the boy's interested." she said. "Ask for his resume and give it to me." he said. The nurse nodded and left the room. Not too long after she left, she came back with a brown folder in her and placed it on my table. "He seems like a good one." she smiled. "I'll be the judge of that. I'll go get him if I like his resume. You can go." he said. The nurse simply smiled and left the room. The nagging thought in her brain thought if he really was a psychologist if he's acting that way. She wondered how he was like when he was with his patients. Noah opened the brown folder and looked on over at his resume. The kid's name was Logan, he was a fresh graduate of psychology as well, he was 20 years old and is yet to take the board exams either this year or next year. Noah stared at Logan's picture, he felt his chest tighten the more he fixated on the photograph. He took a deep breath in. "What the hell is happening with me?" he breathed.
