I can't believe that I've been out for a week, I thought I was just out cold for a few hours. I guess, getting too much wolfsbane in your system is bound to kill you eventually even though it already got flushed out from my system. My thoughts then suddenly lingered on Gerald. That poor kid got dragged into a mess he's not even supposed to be a part of.
"How's Gerald by the way?" I asked.
"Well, he had a massive breakdown when he saw you bloody. The guards tried to restrain him but he broke free. We eventually had to resort to a sedative to put him out for a while. I wasn't all that comfortable with the idea of him being sedated but it was really bad." he explained.
"It had to be done. He could've hurt himself and others in the middle of that breakdown. You did the right thing." I sai
