The next day after being at school, Jessie was told that the school would hold a parent-teacher meeting next monday, so all parents of students should come to school to see their children's test scores. Jessie was at a loss as to how she should tell Jennifer about the meeting, she worried that her mother would be surprised and sad to see her teacher's face that looked like her late father's.

“ How do I tell mom about this meeting? Mom must be very surprised when she sees Sir Jim Stark's face, I don't want her to be sad ” said Jessie alone, she was currently sitting alone in the hut with no one to accompany her. Suddenly her eyes saw Sir Jim Stark who was talking to Sir Jeffrey Anderson, one of the teachers at this school. They were passing in front of Jessie, when they saw Jessie they stopped for a moment.

“ Jessie, what are you doing here? Why don't you go to class? ” Sir Jeffrey Anderson asked Jessie.

“ Just a moment, Sir ” Jessie replied.

“ You go to class now, don't sit here for a long time, you know it's dangerous! ” said Sir Jeffrey Anderson in a slightly stern tone so that Jessie was afraid of disobeying his orders. Jessie got up and wanted to leave, but she wasn't really afraid of Sir Jeffrey Anderson, she just respected the teacher.

“ Jessie, don't forget to tell your mom about the meeting ” Jim Stark reminded Jessie.

“ All right ” Jessie answered. Then Jessie left and left only Jim Stark and Jeffrey Anderson there.

“ Truly an obedient child ” Sir Jeffrey Anderson praised as he looked at Jessie who was already far away.

Whereas at Jennifer's boutique, two of Jennifer's employees were seen arranging the clothes that had just arrived and the clothes that had just been sewn. While Jennifer had just entered the boutique because she had just finished eating lunch outside.

“ Arnold, have you finished the dress I told you to sew during the day? ” Jennifer asked Arnold.

“ Yes, Mrs. Dean ” Arnold answered Jennifer's question.

“ Bring it here, I want to see ” Jennifer ordered, then Arnold brought the dress he had sewn and showed it to Jennifer, Jennifer also looked at Arnold's sewing carefully then Jennifer smiled.

“ Nice stitches, thank you ” Jennifer thanked Arnold, then she folded the dress back and put it in a plastic bag.

“ Mrs. Dean, may I ask a question?! Who did order this dress? ” asked a curious Arnold to Jennifer.

“ No one ordered, I want to gift this dress to my daughter, Jessie ” Jennifer answered.

“ Oh I see ” Arnold nodded in understanding.

“ Ma'am, if that's the case, I'll do my work again, okay? “ Arnold said again to Jennifer.

“ Okay ” Jennifer answered with a few words, and then Arnold resumed his pending work.

It was time to go home from school, Jessie was seen walking home, this time she didn't walk home alone, she walked with Allan who happened to not be driving today.

“ It's really weird you go home on foot, usually you take a motorbike or car. Where did your vehicle go? ” asked a curious Jessie to Allan.

“ There is, I park it at home, I'm just too lazy to bring a vehicle, I feel like walking ” Allan answered Jessie's question.

“ Oh, I see? ” said Jessie.

“ Jessie, let's have a date tonight shall we? ” said Allan who managed to make Jessie surprised and Jessie looked at Allan's handsome face, she didn't understand what Allan meant.

“ What do you mean? ” Jessie asked.

“ I mean let's go out tonight, hang out with our friends in the usual place that I often mention to you, will you? ” Allan said he was looking forward to going out with Jessie one more time. Jessie looked like she was thinking about asking Allan to come out tonight and she looked like she was confused now.

“ I'm not in the mood to go out tonight, sorry ” said Jessie who decided not to accept Allan's invitation.

“ That's fine, but tomorrow night can you? ” he asked again.

“ I'm not sure, we'll see ” Jessie answered, then she walked into her house and left Allan behind. Without them knowing it, it turned out that Jim Stark was following the two of them on foot too. Jim Stark was curious where Jessie lived, now he knows where his student lives.

“ Oh so she lives here? ” said Jim Stark in his heart while watching Jessie enter the house, after that Jim Stark back to school, he intended to take his car.

After Jessie entered the house and put the bag in her room, she intended to go to her mother's room and put the parent and teacher association letter. But when she opened Jennifer's bedroom door, Jessie saw Jennifer combing her hair while facing the makeup mirror, the woman had just finished taking a shower.

“ You're home already huh? ” Jennifer asked, realizing her beautiful daughter was looking at her.

“ Yes mom, why are you coming home early today? usually mom comes home in the afternoon ” Jessie asked Jennifer.

“ I'm not feeling well, baby. Go take a shower and then eat ” Jennifer said to Jessie, Jessie approached Jennifer while holding the envelope containing the parent and teacher association letter.

“ Mom, I wanna give this ” said Jessie while giving the letter to Jennifer, Jennifer looked curious about the letter given by Jessie and then she took the letter from her daughter's hand.

“ What letter is this baby? ” Jennifer asked.

“ It's a parent and teacher association letter, you have to come to school next Monday ” Jessie said again. Jennifer is seen opening the envelope and reading the contents of the letter with focus and care.

“ How's mom? Can you come to my school next Monday? Can you mom?! ” Jessie said, looking into Jennifer's face.

“ Yes I will come, baby. I also want to know what your score is, I hope your grades are not bad, study hard, girl? ” Jennifer said as she folded the letter and put it back in the envelope.

“ Okay mom ” Jessie replied.

“ Now, you take a shower first and after that go eat, okay? I've cooked for you ” Jennifer said while looking at Jessie's beautiful face that looked just like Jimmy as well as her.

“ What are you cooking? ” Jessie asked again.

“ I made grilled chicken and mushroom soup, do you like it? ” Jennifer asked Jessie, she knew Jessie also really likes to eat grilled chicken and mushroom soup so she made it especially for her dear daughter. Jennifer knew Jessie would say yes but she put Jessie to the test on purpose.

“ YES MOM ” said Jessie as she entered her bedroom.
