46. Dragon

After dinner, we snuggle on the couch and watch half a movie before I get so bored I sneakily take off my clothes under the blanket. Then I stand up. "I'll be in the bath sir."
His eyes go dark, and he watches me go down the hall. I start the water smirking and wondering how long it'll take him to join me.
8 seconds. He comes in after 8 seconds. This water hasn't even gotten warm yet. I shake my head and laugh as the tub fills up. He puts some stuff in the water. I don't know what it is, but it smells good. I pull my hair up, and he helps me in.
"Here is the ointment sir."
He takes a tube from the brain. "Thank you."
"What's that?"
He slides in the tub behind me and washes my back. "I'll have to bite into your marking spot to get the dragon. I don't know if it'll close or not once I take it. The ointment will help it close on its own, so it won't hurt. I don't know if we'll need it or not. It's to be safe. I don't want you hurting."
"I don't want to hurt either." I hug my knees.

"Don't mention it. I told the kids to get in here. They were getting close to the building with those rockets."
"I didn't realize they brought them here."
"They decided to go get them at the morning meeting."
Alden, Alkawn, and Tim sit down. I wonder if Tim is at the table again. Seems weird that he's here. Alden never said anything to me about it either.
Everyone comes in and sits in their seats.
Alden stares at them. "You went and got the rocket launchers?"
Victor nods. "Yea, they wanted to shoot them too."
I laugh. "As long as you don't shoot the castle."
"Not really."
Alden puts an eyebrow up. "Not really?"
"I GOT THE CLOTHES ALL DONE. Took me all damn morning but I got it. If you don't like them, you can change the outfits around. But this is definitely a start. And every single person here has a folder. All of you take a tablet, and I'll explain this. Great. Open it... Where is Tera? I am not doing this 27 times." She walks out.
Victor smiles. "Finally, I got some outfits."
Tim shakes his box. "How the hell does this thing work?"
Clark grabs it. "Don't shake it. Leave it there, she'll explain it."
"Sit down with a tablet."
Tera sits down beside me smiling. "Didn't know we were in here."
"I guess the boys tried to blow up the building. Alkawn made us have a meeting."
Elek and Elroy hear me and start laughing.
Bryan comes in and sits down. "WE'RE BUYING A PLANE. I DON'T CARE WHAT ANY OF YOU HAVE TO SAY ABOUT IT. JUST GIVE ME THE MONEY."
Clark looks at him over his paper. "How much is it?"
"40 million."
"Ouch."
Victor stares at Bryan. "Might as well, we have enough money anyway."
Alden smirks. "You can have 40 million for a plane, but it will remain castle property."
"That'll work."
"Great, take a tablet Bryan. I made you a folder too."
"Thank you."
"To turn it on, you touch the screen. Everyone do that." They light up. "Now everyone see the folder that says clothes? Push that button... Everyone get it? Great, now find the folder with your name and press it. Now I made up these outfits. Each person should have 30. Press 1 of them you like." We change clothes and everyone stands up to check themselves out.
Tera spins in a circle. "THIS IS MY FAVORITE." She's wearing a short tight black dress with heals.
Elroy's eyes go dark. "That's my favorite too."
"Now, to take it off, press the middle button down here. Everyone do that." We go back to normal outfits. "Now the outfits on the boxes will last for 12 hours, then you will go back to your regular clothes. You should remember that if you were naked when you put it on. I also tried to style the hair in a way that made sense with the outfit. If you don't like it, feel free to fix it in the box. You have permissions to set your own clothes and hairstyles in the box. Now, everyone go back to the home screen."
She waits for a second and helps Tim. "Now click the button that says closet. This is the closet on the ship. Nobody can alter anything here. You can only search it. So, if Victor doesn't like any of the pants I used, he can click closet to pants. Then he can go through and find pants he likes more. He can not alter these pants, but he can put them in his outfit folder."
Tera and I are already going through dresses and pointing them out to each other.
"Next folder. Back to the home screen and then into the disguises' folder. I made you all a generic disguise, you'll probably end up changing it and making your own. But I wanted you to see the technology. So click the disguise folder. Then your name. Now click the 1 option you each have."
We turn into completely different people.
I laugh so hard at Victor. He's a short chubby woman.
"Why am I a girl?"
"I told you, it's generic. I did not want to spend a lot of time on them. What you would want your disguise to look like is very personal. I'm sure you have lots of preferences. But you can see, we look like completely different people. I suggest you spend some time with your disguise and make it a body you are comfortable in. But for now, click the button down here again." We go back to normal. "And remember, the disguises last 12 hours as well. Don't be in the middle of robbing a bank when the 12 hours runs out. You'll be standing there as yourself."
Alden nods. "That reminds me. The 3 orbs in the hallways, I know you've seen them. There is 1 set by the docking hall. Another in the shuttle bay. There are a few in different hallways as well. Those are random disguise buttons. They are not your disguise that you make in the box. They are completely random. I believe the left orb is male. The right orb is girls. Click them to get a random disguise on. The orb in the middle will always drop disguises and outfits. You will return to normal if you push the middle orb."
I put my hand up. "Can we go somewhere now?"
Alden shakes his head. "I need to..."
"WE CAN TAKE THE NEW PLANE."
Tobias shakes his head. "I want to go on the ship."
"I don't even have the plane yet, Victor."
"Still no. We need a day to catch up on everything here. And I'm sure Emberlynna has 814 things for me to sign."
I give him a dirty look.
Alkawn smiles. "There's a festival about an hour east of here. You can probably go do that while Alden catches up."
I jump up.
Alden winks. "Whoever wants to go to the carnival can. Use the guards as drivers. And everyone change to more human clothes for the planet. You are all over the place with clothes."
