10. Ozark.

We were approximately ten hours into our journey when we started making our way through the Ozarks, according to the signs on the side of the interstate. As we flew down the long windy road in the jeep I took in the tall and lush green trees and found myself curious about the darkness that loomed in the background. There was something that intrigued me about the Ozarks. From what I could see it was a majestic yet heavily forested highland that seemed to go on for miles. The road was isolated and eerie, and we hadn’t passed any other cars as of yet. I pressed the window button down and leaned on the car door with my arm, feeling the gentle breeze graze my arm.
