"I was thinking more along the lines of an actual date."
Tessa looked taken aback for a moment before composing herself enough to answer me.
" You want to go on a date? With me?" Her voice was thick with disbelief. Before I could answer, she started laughing, trying to cover it with her hand but failing miserably. Before I knew it, she was laughing so hard that she was almost falling off the freezer she was sitting on. At this point I wasn't sure what to expect from her. I had expected a couple different reactions but never laughter.
" I'm glad you find dating me so amusing." I leaned forward resting my elbows on the bar. She shook her head waving her hands at me.
