“Why are you doing this to me, Athena?” Livia looked heavily drunk.

Huh? What did I do to her? Athena was confused.

“What do you mean?” Athena was confused by her behavior. What happened?

“I saw it! I saw everything! I saw how you betrayed me! I hate you, Athena.” She was suddenly screaming.

“What are you talking about, Lidia?”

“Really? Are you going to play that you are innocent?! Again?! But today I saw it with my eyes; Ken, him proposing to you!” She screamed at her, Athena jumped in fear.

Then she remembered the event from that stupid man, she realized that Lidia was thinking all wrong of that situation.

“Lidia, you are misunderstanding the whole situation.”

“Fine, I misunderstood. Then why would he come back to meet you personally to give you flowers and said those sweet words to you.” Her eyes were red and voice was filled with disgust.

“Yes, he did come to me to confess to me.”

“How could you?! I hate you!” Lidia run towards Athena trying to slap her, but she stepped away from her while holding her hand tightly trying to stop her. Unable to control her Athena pushed her away from her.

“Enough Lidia! I rejected him, I bet you saw that too, didn't you? He is not in love with you. He is not a nice person. You know that I am not interested in any man, Lidia.”

Lidia started to cry hearing her words because they were true. That man never loved her, it was just her running behind him endlessly falling in love blindly. But it's not fair that the man she loves like Athena who didn't even liked Ken. Why does this always happens to her? The man she likes always gets smitten by her friend beauty!

Athena felt bad for Lidia, she slowly walked towards her to hug her friend. No matter how much Lidia hated her, but she always considered her a true best friend. She was not stupid.

“No! Don't come closer to me! What do you think of yourself! You w***e! Slut, b***h!!!” she screamed at Athena.

“Enough! Lidia, stop this madness!” Now she wanted to stop her friend because what she felt for that guy was not love but a sick obsession.

Athena was scared now...

She never heard Livia talking to her this disgusting way ever! She was also threatening and cursing her when it was not even her fault! What happened to the sweet Lidia she knew. She didn't understand what was happening right now.

It was not even her fault that that boy was shamelessly proposing her, then why was she blaming her this way? Athena felt more depressed and sad. She told herself that Lidia was not in a right her mind that's why she was speaking nonsense.

Athena knows that Lidia was not a bad person, she always wishes her the best...

“Lidia, you are not in a good state. Come on, I will take you back to your home. You are drunk. We will talk tomorrow.” Athena calmly explained her, she wanted Lidia to calm down and think for a moment. But Athena's words meant nothing to Lidia. She was not ready to listen to any of her words. All Livia wanted to do was hurt her! Kill her! Yes, She will kill her than Ken will be hers forever.

So she will be disappeared from her life and won't create problems again.

“I will kill you!” Lidia walked towards stumbling Athena still holding the empty alcohol bottle to hit her in tending to kill her.

“Lidia, stop. Don't hurt me...” Athena knew she was going to hit her with that empty bottle just to take revenge. She couldn't die, not yet. She still had her brother who she had to look after until he gets better.

“No! You snatch everything from me. Even my friends are smitten by you. They don't know you but they want to spend time with you. They ignored me right in my face! The man I loved he doesn't even look at the way he looks at you. Just because you are beautiful, you think you can have anything you want! No, Athena I will never let you achieve everything I want in my life.”

Athena wanted to cry because of her harsh words. She would never hurt Lidia because she loved her very dearly. Athena wasn't looking at Lidia's direction when she raised the bottle to hit her right in her head to kill her. Athena screamed and closed her eyes in fear.

Even before she could do something someone stopped her hand from hitting Athena and pushed the drunk Lidia to the empty road harshly like she was some trash who stink. Because of her drinking heavily, she got unconscious and her head was bleeding a little because of her harsh fall.

When Athena felt that she was still not hurt she looked up to see a huge man back was facing her, it's like he just protected her from Lidia who almost killed her today.

Athena gasped from realization of what just happened...

This man who she just meet without even seeing her he selflessly saved her.

His height was probably more than 6.1; he really was tall and his broad shoulder was huge and muscular. He was so big. It felt like his muscular body was going to rip his expensive peach black suit. She didn't know what to say, “I am fine, thank you.” Athena whispered softly feeling grateful of this man saving her. She took a step back from this unknown man a little to understand what exactly was happening...

She looked around her surroundings to see a lot of cars was parked behind her and there were many people who were wearing black bodyguards suits. They had huge gun in their hands, like they were some kind of army force. They were all looking at the direction of their leader, the man in front of her. What are they going to do her? She was scared of this intimidating scene. Who are these people? Are they going to kill her and Livia?

Oh, god! Save us...

He must be a very powerful man to own all these expensive cars and so many bodyguards just to protect him and the people around him. But why would he waste his time to drop here to be the hero? He must have some motive right?

But it seemed like the intimidating man in expensive suit just saved her already. Oh, God!! What was wrong with her? Why was she being a b***h to someone so kind? Was they passing by here and thought to protect her? But they didn't even her! She had no idea who this unknown man was? How strange her own family that she loves always seems to hurt her but this man who she was nothing to just saved her without any selfishness.

Apparently she was lost in her thoughts so much that she didn't notice the man getting extremely close to her body. He smiled so innocent, its good not to trust everyone. What the heck? She immediately turned around to see the man has already been watching her movements. She was a bit shocked of how close he was in front of her. But it was so dark she couldn't see his face clearly, unconsciously she come closer to him, it felt like a some kind of strong pull she felt against him. She was quite curious about him before she could see his face clearly a heavy wind come towards her making her immediately close her eyes.

It was a heavy storm, it was so frightening to her that she come closer to the man in front of her. But she was too scared to touch him for some comfort. Her face was immediately covered with her beautiful long black hair, it made it impossible for him to see her angelic face too. Looks like God was playing a game with both of them.

She was startled when he helped her move closer to him, so she could see him.

Such a handsome man Athena has never seen before. Now a real life human being suddenly jumped and appeared in front of her, Athena temporarily unable to adapt. How can a person look so handsome? Besides, this man’s face looks a bit familiar, could he really be a big star?

Has she ever seen him before? But where? But calling him handsome just didn't do the justice to his God like face. He looked like a Greek God to her.

Was he from another planet?

Athena suddenly felt coldness swept over her body, she noticed him swallowing her with his eyes. She didn't like how his lustful icy gray eyes was always on her body. She was suddenly very insecure of her body.

Why does he kept looking at her like that?

Feeling her confused gaze on his face he looked up to meet her curious eyes. He watched her intensely. Such intensity of his eyes, she couldn't handle it.

She felt scared.

All she wanted was to run away from this man. Why was she thinking about running from him? But she felt so safe when he was right here making sure she was fine.

And it scared her.
