My Best Friends Brother

C H A P T E R•S E V E N

Rachel and I were in my room talking gossip.

"How long have you liked him?"

Rachel looks down at her hands.

"A lot longer than I am going to admit"

I laugh. 'Dude. I have liked your brother a long time too."

She looks up at me and smiles.

"You guys are really cute together. I'm happy you guys spilled your feelings for each other."

I nod and smile, "Yeah, I'm really happy too. A lot happier than I was when I was with Drake. I felt happy with him, but not like I do with Asher."

She nods and we move on talking about other s**t.

I hear the front door open and I get up and open my door.

I see Asher letting Jake in.

I leave the room walking over to the boys, 

"Hey Jake"

He smiles at me and hugs me, "Hey, I haven't seen you in a while", he looks over to Asher, "And I hear that you two are finally together?"

I nod as Asher wraps his arm around me.

I hear footsteps walking this way.

I see Jake look over my shoulder.

His eyes light up, seeing Rachel.

"Rachel, Hey!"

He smiles at her, which she returns.

He walks over and hugs her. The hug lasts a couple of minutes.

I was smiling.

I feel Asher looking at me.

I look up at him, I smile and he smiles back.

He leans down and kisses me.

I pull away after a couple of seconds.

I look back at Jake and Rachel.

They had pulled away and were talking to each other.

"Hey, what are we doing for dinner?"

They look at me as does Asher.

They all shrug.

"Want to just get pizza? I'm too lazy to cook"

Thye all agree with me and I grab my phone.

We figure out what pizza we want so I call and order.

Two and a half hours later, we were sitting on the couch laughing and talking.

We finished our pizza when the doorbell goes off.

I get up and walk to the door.

I open it and the person standing at the door surprises me.
