"Okay, I'll see you in the dining hall," I kiss the top of her head before I get up and head back into the pack house. By some miracle of the Moon Goddess we make it to dinner, and then through it, without any incidents. My father and Mitch act like complete fools the whole time, embarrassing themselves and attempting to humiliate their Luna's as well, both of whom look like they would rather be anywhere else, and I don't think a single wolf in attendance blamed them. I had to settle Liam down a few times but he got through it and headed back to his room before dessert.
After dinner I had to talk with Mitchell and my father again because I would be handling the details of the treaty going forward. Thankfully that only took a little over an hour and I was ready to retire to bed
