Monica POV
As soon as I get off the phone with Derek, I link the warriors at the entrance to be on alert for Derek and Liam as I run into my parents room. As soon as the door flies open my father jumps off his bed and faces me, partially shifting until he realizes it's me that ran in.
"What's wrong?" He asks fully alert.
"I'm not sure exactly what's going on, but Derek just called me. He is on his way here now seeking sanctuary for himself, his friend that was with him, his mother, and the Luna of the Thorn pack."
"Excuse me?"
"Those are all the details I have they should be here in about forty minutes but he wanted to stay alert, so he hung up to focus. I already alerted the warriors at the main entrance but I think we need to increase patrols around the territory until we figure out
