I was surprised when Mitchell actually turned around and left. He looked around for a minute and seemed to finally realize just how outnumbered he really was. Not that they weren't before, but I'm guessing that Mitchell and Atticus being each others hype men made whatever intelligence they had between them give way to confidence. I also have a feeling that Liam inching closer and closer and seeming to be letting his wolf come to the surface more and more and something to do with it. It's almost embarrassing how weak Derek's father was and since Alpha Mitchell seems to have been following in his footsteps, I'm guessing his wolf wasn't that strong either.
