“T-That can’t be…! only the caster can lift that curse!”

Vesta cannot believe what has happened or rather; he refuses to believe it.

As Frustrated as he is, a sudden thought came out of his mind.

Holding that thought in his mind, he continued to leave the forest.

Meanwhile, the two kids who were almost at death’s door finally felt relieve as the beast finally calms down.

They were astonished when they see the true form of the beast.

With its fur as white as snow, its mine is as thick and fluffy like a cloud, and its eyes is as blue as the sky. The true appearance of the beast is a white lion!

After voicing out his concern, Reg let out a gentle roar

After it spreads throughout the forest, small lights gather at each corner of the forest

They all combine and form twelve big lights and after the light disappears, twelve women appears.

“We have heard your summon lord Regulus”

With a soft voice, they all kneeled and spoke in harmony.

[Ay! These are the 12 guardian fairies of this forest…

Before I settled here a hundred years ago, I promise them to control the magic beasts that resides in this forest.

So, if I happen to went away, I’m afraid they will all run free and cause a disaster not only within this forest but as well as the surrounding villages here]

But the look of the man didn’t change even after hearing that. He doesn’t even have a slim thread of interest on that matter so he persuaded his request on the white lion.

“Ehhhhh?... come on you will be gone for just a few days you know? I’m sure these girls will be fine without you hehe…”

-[I-I can’t refuse him...! not only because he saved me but because he can obliterate us all here if I get on his bad side!]-

While in silent, one of the fairies put a telepathic connection towards Regulus.

-Lord Regulus, who is this human? His acting too arrogant for a human! He must not have a sliver of idea who you are! Why don’t you scare him off a bit to teach him a lesson or two?-

-hahahaha! Lord Regulus surely you jest! I knew you were fond of humans because the goddess made you so, but this human seem to not respecting you at all!-

This fella is the one responsible in the very strong presence that cover the whole area earlier and the burst of aura that pierce the sky earlier as well]-

The fairy named Dy was put on her knees upon hearing that.

Is what Regulus replied while turning his head over the crater.

-Th-that’s the place where the star landed last night! But we didn’t felt any strange presence form it so we didn’t report it to you!-

With that, Regulus can only sigh.

The fairies cannot argue anymore.

“So, are you and those girls done in making a decision?”

[Ye-yeah… that’s right…!]

-[He knows we were talking telepathically??]-

[If sir Fil insist then I shall accompany you for a few days…]

Is what Regulus said in a quite worry manner.

Noticing the white lion’s worriedness, MINFI offered a suggestion towards Fil.

[Young master, I think you pushing your selfish request on mister Regulus here is very one-sided!

I suggest that you give something in return such as erasing his worriedness towards his domain!]

Hearing that makes Regulus in a happy mood, it shows in the way his tail is waving.

Reg happily replied.

With that Fil set up a barrier.

Upon hearing what Regulus said, he then talks to the kids.

The man smiles but the kids is still afraid of him and can only answer with a nod.

[They still seem to be afraid of you sir Fil… well I can’t say I blame them cause your aura really is scary…]

“Be at ease kids! I’m not some kind of suspicious person HAHA!”

Gathering his courage, Ren spoke.

“…p-please spare us! or at least please! let my sister go! I was the one who drags her here, I’m the one to blame for trespassing your territory Lord Regulus a-and s-shady man!”

Is the only word that came out of Rian’s mouth while clinging on her brothers shoulder.

Fil tap Ren’s shoulder.

After clearing the situation to the children, Rian raise a question to Fil.

By making eye contact with Rian, Fil concluded.

MINFI starts with their origin such as their home world.

[We are from the world called ELEMENTO, it is a magic-based system world just like this one I presume… but our world is now sealed by 12 supreme tier seals known as YOLO’s last emblems]

Everyone is getting hard to process what MINFI just said in their minds. Well, their reaction is quite normal given that some random strangers with unbelievable powers just happen to appear in front of them and suddenly spoke of them being from other worlds and such.

But questioning those is not what Regulus asks, instead he as this.

[W-wait! If you’re saying that your world is sealed the-then how did you and lord Fil get here?]

Surprise by his question, MINFI stop her explanation and just smile.

Fil uses this opportunity to answer Regulus.

“Ah! Well, you see, I didn’t grow up in my own world, I was taken or rather, adopted by my grandfather when I was born, the same day before my world got sealed or so he said.

3 years ago, when I got finally permitted to return to ELEMENTO… what stumble me was it sealed stated”

[But what is the connection of you traveling from world to world? Are you looking for something?]

“Exactly!”

[And what would that be? …!! Don’t tell me you are looking for worlds you’ve taken as liking to and use it as a replacement for your sealed world?!]

“N-no, nothing like that come on *giggle*…

I am looking for the keys to unlock the seals of my world”

“K-keys?”. Rian wondered

“Yes, little Rian! You se-“

[Ehem! Young master, allow me]

“Hehe… sorry”

[The reason we are travelling is to look for these keys… these keys were scattered throughout the universe after the seal was casted]

[A-and one of those keys are in here in BERG? I presume…?]

MINFI added.

Then Ren raise some questions

“Then you are not here to invade us? Judging by what you demonstrated earlier you are also capable of destroying, right?”

Fil was surprise by Ren’s wits to grasp his capabilities.

“I’m surprise… for a boy your age to come up with a conclusion like that HAHA! How interesting!”

Then he became serious.

“That’s right I am also capable of doing those kinds of things…

Actually, destroying is a lot easier that creating and from 3 years up until now, I have destroyed dozens of worlds already…”

But, upon hearing Fil’s words Regulus and the kids became more scared of him.

This puts him in a slight difficult situation so he persuaded them.

“But don’t worry *smile* I still don’t know the things happening in this world but I think it is not one of those worlds I mention so rest assured! Y-you have my word!”

[Th-then… I will hold on to you words then. I may be deemed as an evil creature of this world but

I still do not wish its destruction a-and besides I may not look like it but I am actually fond of humans so I don’t wish them and everyone here to perish!]

Fil was satisfied by Reg’s replied but he still decided to test him.

“…You know, there’s a high chance that I’m lying, so how come you guys believe what I actually said?”

[…Well upon seeing what you did earlier, I get the idea of what you are capable of and be-besides I possess something called the magic eye, it is capable of telling whether the person in front me is lying or not]

Regulus then raise a question.

[Is the disturbance in the natural mana outside my territory connected to the key you’re looking for?]

“Well… normally no, you see I have another task in travelling worlds… well it was push on me my that old ge- I mean my grandfather”

Fil looks at Regulus with seriousness in his eyes

And to answer your question earlier whether the disturbance in mana is the work of one of the keys…we will know that after we leave this forest”
