After Hunter tells me that Shyla could possibly turn into a werewolf, I’m loaded with more questions yet again.
“Why would Shyla want to turn into a werewolf though? I don’t think she would choose that life for herself…”
My words seem to sting Hunter.
“Cami… it’s not like she’s choosing to die or give up her old life. She’s not turning into a vampire. Being a werewolf is different. As far as I know, and I’ve been one my whole life, there aren’t many downsides. She might choose to turn so she can be with Avery, and I mean truly be with Avery. If she turns she’ll be able to feel the mate bond as strongly as him, she’ll be able to mark him, she’ll be able to mind-link him, and she’ll be fast and strong like us.
