That whole Northern Alphas meeting was a mistake and a f*****g torture. Being so close to her, but still not close enough was making it unbearable.
I wanted to do something nice for her without her even knowing it. I figured that once she sees that I'm doing something for other Packs, she won't be so stubborn anymore and she'll accept my help. But Tamara only proved to me that she doesn't really need me.
Fuck! That actually hurts. Knowing that your Mate is perfectly fine on her own and moreover she's adamant on looking at you like you were the last Scumbag on this planet doesn't help either.
